It looks like that is the first part of what you need to do to unlock the bootloader:
https://www.dc-unlocker.com/enable-oem-unlock
Think I'll use this when the time comes
I used these instructions http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66782268&postcount=5

Just tried it on Stock Android Browser. Nothing doing unfortunately.
Barrel roll works with chrome/firefox/safari based browsers

does anyone know?
Screen is already small. Completely unnecessary. I'm sure you'll want to delete it again after succeeding.
Actually the screen is small, but I wanted to see how it looked
Install AOKP stable ROM their will the option to enable or disable the softkeys.... :good:
Thank you .. but I'm using the jellycast v4.0, and I did not want to migrate to another, I have a Nexus 4 and wanted to leave my e400 with his appearance
Put this at the end of your build.prop:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
And then, reboot

Good but unnecessary.
Yes, it is unnecessary, but I wanted to have my e400 to make him like my Nexus 4
I thought it would be smaller .. was huge, anyway thanks to all

Before I flash android to my daughter's kindle, I wanted to ask if it is possible to backup her apps with like ttb...And then restore them after flashing?
Sorry..I just realized I posted this in the wrong thread..

Do you have a kindle fire HD or an hdx also we needed to know software version
The reason I'm asking is the hdx isn't rooted and no bootloader exploit yet anything you try could brick it
If you just have the HD make sure it is the one with the camera otherwise you have the new HD and again no riot or exploits. If you have the first kfhd then please head to the proper thread for more info
But in answer to your question yes you can use titanium back up with the kfhd
