after two week to try "ntsense theme" I say thet for me is the best.

I created a flashable zip with samsung stock keyboard for CM7 and AOSP for those that prefer samsung keyboard instead of grey and orange keyboard of AOSP and CM7

Open GApps - Enable Castreceiver on Fire TV ?

Any advice on how to get the castreceiver to work on Fire TV?
It can be activated and is also found in the network as a Google Cast Receiver, but no app can connect to it (tested with e.g. Spotify in Google Cast mode).

As a workaround, I use Softmedia's CastReceiver 1.1.2, but that only allows to use screencast.

I already know these alternatives. I'm really looking for a hint how to use the castreceiver from the GApps on Fire TV

I know this is an old thread but was about to make a new thread and found this on search. I'm wondering if anyone has gotten this to work yet on Mantis? I tried this myself and came into same conclusion as OP 4 years ago that I can install this and then my devices do see the firetv as chromecast device but they just fail to cast to it. Any possible modifications that could be done to make it work? Or am I missing some packages that this requires?
Edit: Apparently there's some check for certified Android TVs to allow this app to run?
