First you need to understand what is Balong bug
This MOD can change you vendor-location noting more. If you install the right firmware for hw/eu or unicomelectric/cn then Balong bug will be fix it

Custom rom maded by Sokkoban requires an european region or it is useful too when You want to install Chinese software for example.
I just flashed . dual sim card manager looks . and want a sim card password every 20 seconds . as if he was wearing for the first time now . and so forth . I can not send SMS . I can make calls . oeminfo file is probably corrupted. * # 06 # I did. 2 IMEI = null looks . what should I do ? oeminfo the file location where?

Try downgrading to B052 then look for B132 with two update.app and install bigger one before smaller. This should give you second imei I think and after that you can install whatever you want.
If that wouldn't work properly then you need to just seek informations in existing threads because everything you ask was said.

I think it's risky. As far as I know, ROMs for the L05, L07, L10 are interchangeable. A rom for the L09 or L00 may brick your phone.

I've just tracked down this ROM. Like you, I want it. It looks really really good. Looking at the specs for the L09, it seems to be a cdma phone and thus not compatible with 3G gsm networks. Maybe I'm wrong, but my instincts tell me the firmware is just incompatible. I do wonder though, if it might be possible to take parts of this ROM and swap it into a ROM that's suitable for our phones. I just don't know enough unfortunately. Perhaps others viewing these posts may car to comment. For anyone interested here's the link to the ROM:

He Has ALso Posted for P7-L07 L05 ... i am Downloading From Pan.baidu.com and Will Mirror in Few Hours ..... GOdamn Pan.Baidu Is SLow .... I was on B615, i tried to install ( after a ful reset ) it by local up and by 3 btn, but the result was the same : fail to instal the firmware.
and my phone reverted back to B609 !!!!

why wud u downgrade??
of course b615 is latest so latest improvements and fixes.. it doesn't matter is small.. small is bcos it just update NOT full ROM..
don't think is some clean .. ppl just get out the word ''clean'' from your head.. there is nothing clean or dirty.. it doesn't matter what or how u install it .. al is about writing /rewriting or replacing files.. !!!

I installed the rom a week ago and I have not appreciated changes with respect others versions.. Battery consumption and performance is similar but something better to the B609. Better management of the battery when the smartphone is at rest.

This is not an upgrade , it's a full version, so when you install the rom , you will lose all your data , so make a backup before installing.
To install B613: copy the downloaded file (UPDATE.APP) on the SD card (dload directory) and select Update / Menu / local update file.

You can try to decompile the rom with huawei extractor and flash in fastboot system, recovery etc... you have unlocked bootloader?

Heyho,
u "can" flash the "Asia Pacific" versions for the L31 on the L31 [Europe]. I use this version also on my L31 [Europe], no issues so far. The only thing is, u have to download the "Huawei AppStore" + "Huawei ID" from HERE, worked for me.
About a "Europe" stock rom, so far there is no outside...
PS:
This will also "debrand" all Vodafon, T-Mobile (my device), etc. devices.

about the dual sim, this rom doesn't enable this function. But, maybe we have luck like the P8 (lite) owner, coz, so far i know its only software related on this phones. The VNS-L31 is a dual-sim phone, so if we have luck and someone with a L31 dual-sim firmware share his system/hidden partitions with us. If so, i would give it a try.

Compare the diff, seems the dual sim function is just a property value....

thx for the hint, but there are some more entries like:

ro.dual.sim.phone=false (maybe, most important)
maybe some more... i don't finished searching ;)
but, setting these to "true" don't end in an dual-sim phone
(the rom (apk and co.) needs also to support a 2cd sim)

So, what do we need to enable dual sim?
- dual card ROM - there is already the Asia Pacific one, why does it not work?
- dual sim phone - it appears that dual and single SIM have the same hardware
- oeminfo to change from current vendor to Europe? Why is it not enough to flash a European rom?
- European ROM - it appears that there is not a European rom available
What else? What is wrong in this list?

Just did the same mistake.... Always double-check before wiping -_-"
Southern East Asia version works fine on VNS-L31 EU. It relocks the bootloader.

I'm not a rom cooker so i don't know what we need to build a rom or even get this to work. But i have an idea and maybe it'll work.
If ur phone is unlocked, rooted and USB-Debugging enabled, open a cmd/terminal prompt and type
Code:
adb shell (enter)
su (enter)
ls -l /dev/block/platform/hi_mci.0/by-name (enter)
(The folder hi_mci.0 can be another...)
now, u'll see a list of partitions, try to copy all of them (except userdata) like
Code:
// Internal memory
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0pXXX of=/storage/emulated/0/PARTITION_NAME.img
//or sdcard
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0pXXX of=/storage/sdcard0/PARTITION_NAME.img
and upload them to a 1-Click-Hoster or PM me for my private ftp.
Then i'll try to copy them back on my phone. Maybe it'll work.
(If u really have a VNS-L31 i MUST work )

Heyho,
u can check for root on different ways:
1. Install Root Checker
2. Check if u have SuperSU installed
3. Open a cmd/terminal and type

adb shell su -v
About the way how u get root, pls don't only root for this try, root will void ur warranty coz u need to unlock ur bootloader. This will mean u can hard/soft-brick ur device while this process.
If u still want root ur phone, try follow this guide, if u have any issues let me know, then i'll send u the files i used to get root.

I have checked my phone and you were right in your last post.
I don't have root, neither "su" installed. Also checked for bootloader and is locked.
Like you said, if i will loose my warranty i might gona wait a lit bit longer because the phone only has one week.
If i find any rom with dual sim i'll let you know.

Hello guys... I have a big problem with my p9 plus It was vie-l09 C432 and now i got NRD90M with no update app, no keyboard ( i installed gboard fortunally) and i can use my phone, but isnt the right way this software !
I have read about two post of this problem and i've seen im not the only one. I followed every post but i can't solve!
I used Firmware Finder and downloaded B360 for vie l09 C432... No keyboard, no updater etc as i said.
I tried to solve flashing b103 with vol+ vol- power button but i got an error... I cant use Project Menu, and i tried again with srk tool and i can't install cust or oeminfo in this way , still not working with errors/no compatible etc.
Without project menu i dont know if my fone is hw eu and other informations... I don't know what to do
What i have to download/to do, to solve this really big problem ? Sorry for my bad english, im italian and i try to write in the best way

I have read about two post of this problem and i've seen im not the only one. I followed every post but i can't solve!
I used Firmware Finder and downloaded B360 for vie l09 C432... No keyboard, no updater etc as i said.
I tried to solve flashing b103 with vol+ vol- power button but i got an error... I cant use Project Menu, and i tried again with srk tool and i can't install cust or oeminfo in this way , still not working with errors/no compatible etc.
Without project menu i dont know if my fone is hw eu and other informations... I don't know what to do
What i have to download/to do, to solve this really big problem ? Sorry for my bad english, im italian and i try to write in the best way

U need to first use Rollback and then downgrade to MM

I don't have any update :crying: it's for that i want to debrand to C432
I'm on C432 and the upgrade page on my P10 says that B113 is the latest version!
Downloading the firmware will not help for you, because it can't be installed without authentication from Huawei's servers. Furthermore, even if it were to be installed, your phone is a different branding, which means that various functions like System Update, themes, and other things would cease to work.
Once there is TWRP available for this phone, hopefully soon, I think more things will be possible.
@duraaraa It would be nice if you share the firmware and the work will be done earlier maybe.

Why not just use one of the firmwares on Huawei's public server to do the work, like this one?

They can't be flashed form SD card like old Huawei phones, because of new security Huawei has implemented as of EMUI 5.
I know, I tried to flash with fastboot(boot, recovery& system), and it didn't works. *My bootloader is unlocked.
