In my opinion the only way to unlock your phone is to boot into CWM or TWRP Recovery and restore a backup.
If you don´t have a backup, then you must flash a ROM via Odin, but you will loose all your data.
And remember: Alcohol is dangerous ...

Only with CWM.
if your device is not rooted, you don´t have CWM or TWRP. That´s the problem...
every stock-ROM has a modem included. So i wonder why you didn´t get any signal
check your IMEI please (in settings and in battery-safe) is it the same number?
I think it is time to root your phone

Hello Guys i flashed the Germany Version of 4.3 lte last night and in doing so i have Temporarily killed my Phone.
I have tried all the Recoveries processes via Kies and Odin and i am having no luck.
I think the reason why it won't flash is because the Germany 4.3 is a Newer Version than the Stock 4.1.2.
When i'm in Odin i get sboot.bin Fail when trying to Flash the Latest Stock rom. I am able to Flash the Germany 4.3 again and that flashes but then the Phone Stays on the Samsung Flash Screen.
Could someone please Help? I have been on with this for Hours now. I think what i need is a 4.3 Version of any rom in Odin .tar format so i can at least get the phone to boot up and then maybe i can get CWM Recovery on there and flash a Stock rom that way.
Thanks in Advance
You have to remove sboot.bin and tz.bin when downgrading. Be careful, downgrading will give you Knox warranty void 0x1!

THE kies frimware intilition doesnt work as you have 4.3 bootloader and knox blocks older boot loader
dont worry when 4.3 becomes available in your area it wont have to downgrade and ultimately this method will work but still things are looking pretty bad dor the intermediatory days.
PS is ther anyway to restore baseband imei without any backup

Sorry for the late response but when you get stuck on the Samsung boot screen all you have to do is boot into Recovery and do a Factory Reset and Wipe Cache.
Another thing to remember is to flash the modem for your country otherwise you might accidently disable some frequencies and enable other useless ones.

If dialer is crashing on a stock unrooted phone you'll have to figure out what you installed that screwed it up. Or do as factory reset (backup first you'll loose everything)

hey bought a Samsung galaxy s3 on ebay, was non rooted working ok when got it was getting signal calls, internet worked.
phone reception cut out when using it on internet browser after having it for about 2 days.
reset phone, no good.
played with sim card did not resolve issue.
replaced sim / simcard card tray, same problem.
then I noticed that my imei for the device was blank as shown in pictures.
so I rooted phone. that was all good, then tried about 4 different ways to try and restore imei and my efs folder. nothing worked for me.
if anyone could plz help that would be awesome!!

yes flashed modem again with cwm rom, booted into recovery tried to flash modem I9305T_DVBLL3.zip.
should I try a different modem ? my phone model is I9305 not I9305T, maybe this is why its not working ??

Edit: Just tried flashing latest radio; no luck. I guess the next step is doing a full flash back to stock on the phone...bummer.
Annnnnddd flashing stock gets data on stock but not on the ROMs. Hm. It seems only stock based ROMs work
bump...anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on? I'm stuck on stock now.
I wonder if the latest TWRP has something to do with it, cause i had no issues until last week
