Trying to use method 1 from this guide here to enable sideloading: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=738376
When I type in..
# cp /dbdata/databases/com.android.providers.settings/settings.db /sdcard/settings.db
I get..
cp: not found
I get the same error if I try copy instead of cp.
Any ideas?

Did you install BusyBox? You need it to use "cp" command..
And, for BusyBox. you need to Root your phone first..

Hi I rooted my Note yesterday but the CWM isn't fully functional.
It says that the CWM manager should be used with a CF-Root v5.0 or newer. Many features have been disabled. The CF-Root I used seems to be v5.0

What's wrong?

Which kernel are you on?
If you are on Kernel which does not support CWM recovery then CWM manager would still work albeit with minimal features.
Here's a screenshot of my kernel
What should I do now?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
You need to update CWM, b'coz it is likely old.
download this

Hey Guys,
So I use Moto G5s Plus XT1804. Flashed magisk and TWRP on stock rom , It was working fine. When I checked it with root checker it showed "Root is properly installed on this device" . Then I flashed Resurrection remix ROM and booted in, to find my root access gone. I tried flashing magisk again from twrp recovery but it didnt install. Could even install from magisk manager .

Hello guys I was trying to flash a custom kernel with TWRP, for an unknown reason everytime I flashed it It didn't flash correctly because at the information it said I was at stock kernel, So as I am using Magisk I tried to patch it with it and try to flash the kernel again, this time when I booted it again it kept at the samsung galaxy s0+ logo and doesn't respond to anything, I tried to get to download mode but I couldn't neither recovery mode.
Anyone knows?

Hi do you find the error I have also the same problem
You will need to flash the sdk zip file using TWRP...for it to be properly installed..
