From my understanding voice over LTE should open some doors for unlocked phones. Anyone know of a dual Sim phone that may work on Verizon soon?

There is a whole section devoted to the Samsung Focus. Please post your question there.
I know i can use my Bionic with At&t will the same hack work with Sim cards from the UK
Yes. There are numerous examples of people in that thread reporting success with GSM providers from across the world. AT&T is not special. The unlock is for cellular providers that use regular GSM protocols for voice/data.

Q&A for Nokia 520
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for Nokia 520. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
Nokia Lumia 520
Come on, there should at least be a way to unlock the device from its network so it can be used on another network.
Unless it's locked to TracFone, Straight Talk or Net10 - you should be able to unlock it.... Even the old Motorola flip phones and Nokia bar phones could be unlocked.
The only reason you can't unlock a TracFone, Straight Talk, or Net10 phone is that TF, ST, and N10 all make their devices locked permanently to the network and unable to be unlocked.and TracFone owns N10 and ST Wireless.
Hey everyone. Does some one of you know how to add a sistem language to this phone? Nokia 520?
Thanks in advice.

Hey!
I have this exact same phone but I do not use it anymore... as far as I know you can't add anything to this phone. Or any windows phone for that matter...
Sorry for the inconvenience
Hey guys,
For the one's who own an AT&T S7 Edge and are interested in the unrealeased Nougat update, please look at this thread. This is only for the AT&T model, not for international or other models. This is only a referral to another thread, so if you have questions, please don't ask them in this thread.
I only know how to find updates on an AT&T phone, so for users of a Verizon, Vodafone, Sprint, T-Mobile or other providers phone, sorry I can't help you, you have to search for other threads about updates, sorry. But I hope I can help AT&T users.

Where do I need to start if I want to flash a SIM unlocked S20 FE 5G from ATT to Verizon firmware?
Here's the situation.
My Mother-In-Law has a SIM unlocked S20 FE 5G that was on ATT and is now activated and working on Verizon (with V SIM).
This was done to help her save a few $$, since adding a line to our V account is cheaper than a full separate account with ATT.
The cellular reception in her apartment is horrible but she does have great WIFI.
I tried to enable WIFI calling on her phone, but apparently the ATT firmware does not support that.
I would like to flash her phone over to either a stock Verizon FW or a basic carrier free Samsung firmware.
She doesn't need a souped up fast as it can be ROM, stability and WIFI calling are the goals.
She doesn't even care about the bloat, but I figure if some of that can be eradicated she will like her phone better for longer.
If the flash can be done while saving her user data, that is a bonus, but I know what a big ask that is.
I am not new to flashing FW but it has been quite a few years and my experience has been almost exclusively with Motorola hardware.
I am reading about Odin and Frija now.
Is there a dummy's guide for flashing Samsung?
Thanks
go with trying to get the phone on non carrier firmware, the Verizon model has different hardware as it uses a different version of 5G compared almost everyone else.
