Could someone please explain the difference between mpdecision and intelli-plug - Xperia Z3 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

In my z3c device control options are two settings I wish to learn more about. Could someone please explain the difference between them? I am attaching a pic of the options. Thank you for your time.
