This Version was made for Samsung devices by the great @wanam . and in the recent version 85.1 he added support for huawei devices .... what does it mean ?
Well now you don't need to disable the huawei theming engine . all you need to do is to uninstall any previous version of xposed and flash the latest package by wanam .... for the Mate S it should be xposed-v85.1-sdk22-arm64-custom-build-by-wanam-20160530.zip
and after reboot if you get error about data partition being corrupt then just reboot .
currently tested on Mate S CRR-UL00 B146 MEA ROM .... should work on all variants and also on MM

this version of xposed is the one i originally tried (the one linked in your original post). my theme engine is enabled and i never had xposed installed before.
just hangs at the huawei bootlogo on B321 MM. i gave up after waiting about an hour and ran the uninstaller to go back to normal.
i thought firmware had to be deodexed to run xposed?
It does not work for me. Xposed Installer says framework is active, but MinMinGuard says it's not, so it does not block ads
theme engine
Hello, how can i enable, on my mate s, the theme engine?
Thanks!

another question
When I change option dalvik to art
and reboot its back to old option (dalvik).
Not sure about TWRP, but ART wont work if you have xposed framework installed.
looks like twrp has a playstore installer now

Thank you for your replay , yes i have xposed framework installed.
Is there a way to activate it, despite of the xposed is installed?
No. You either choose Xposed or ART. Do some research.
There are a lot of Modules which may cause a bootloop on Android L (especially on Android 5.1). And since Xposed does not come with a disabler zip for Android L, you cannot disable it from recovery in case of bootloop. For this reason, I created a flashable Xposed Disabler that can disable Xposed from recovery, in case of a bootloop. I also created an enabler in case if you disabled it using the disabler zip.
Any problems with the zip files, please inform me.
Well it Does disable it ( I am on 5.0 )
But ... How I can re enable it back? I tried reflashing exposed again No affect
exposed
To reenable xposed after using the zip, just delete the disable file in /data/data/de.robv.xposed.installer/config
Just use a root explorer and delete disabled from data/data/de.robv.xposed.installer/config
Is this only work for Android L? I'm still on stock jellybean. Would like to have a diabler for my version to.
Samsung roms?

How does this work? Does it remove the Xposed stuff or temporarily block access to it unless you use the re-enabler?
It creates a empty "disabled" file in "\data\data\de.robv.android.xposed.installer\conf" which disables the Xposed module until the file is deleted either by the flashable zip or manually deleting the file.
Thanks! Works like a charm on 5.1!
Saved a couple of hours of flashing and restoring data!

as long as you can create a file at correct path and name it correctly, it should work.
Hi there!
Does these work on last Xposed alpha4 by rovo89?
I have a Samsung TouchWiz deodexed rom and I'm using alpha 4 with arter97's Krait V5 and everything is fine, but as rovo89's uninstallers does not work on this combination, the only easy to get out a bootloop is to use a disabler/enabler solution.
Can you confirm that these also work on last rovo89's release?
Tnx.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G906K using TapaTalk
How do you flash this? PLEASE HELP!!
Handy!
Saves time of going into recovery and do it manually.

Good morning All !!
I just got done testing this Xposed Framework Installer for X98 Air devices.
I am working on a tutorial, but it will probably take a couple of days to complete.
Several people were wanting to install the latest update for Xposed Framework, but it was only offered as a CWM or TWRP flashable zip. Of course we don't have a custom recovery yet, so I created this installer to either update to or install V74, which is the latest XF version for Lollipop 5.0. I will continue to update this installer to the latest Xposed Framework version available for Android 5.0. as new versions become available.
Requirements:
A Windows host PC to run the installer on.
A rooted X98 Air device running Android 5.0 with busybox installed
The installer also installs the latest Xposed Installer android app.
Update (9/24/2015) Now installs/upgrades GravityBox to ver 5.20. Note: Version shows as 5.1.5, but .apk is the latest com.ceco.lollipop.gravitybox_v520_f13fb7.apk, dated 9/9/2015..
I have also included an Xposed Framework uninstaller, which will remove the Xposed framework mods (if present) and uninstall the Xposed installer.
Both scripts create a detailed log of the installation or uninstallation and reboot the X98 when complete.
I have tested it pretty extensively on my X98 and I did not encounter any problems.
FYI: if you have an older version of Xposed framework already installed, you do not have to uninstall before installing the new version, just run the installer and it will update the installation.
Download the installer archive here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3485404&stc=1&d=1443158089
Extract archive to a folder on your PC
Boot your X98 into Android and connect to PC via USB.
Browse to the folder and launch:
InstallXFandInstaller.bat to INSTALL the framework
or
RemoveXFandInstaller.bat to UNINSTALL the framework.
Wow, great tutorial!
Thanks @tecknight

Yes you can !!
If for some reason it doesn't work correctly after running InstallXFandInstaller.bat, then:
1. Run RemoveXFandInstaller.bat
2. After the system boots back into Android, run InstallXFandInstaller.bat. Now V74 will definitely be installed and working.
3. Let me know what happened by posting here with your XFILog.txt

Hi!
I tried to find information about installing the Xposed framework on my Mate S. Didn't find really anything helpful.
Just tried to install it (v75 for arm64) and I ended in a boot loop.
Anyone knows more?
Thanks
All Chinese manufacturer have a modified their system so xposed can't work (ForceNotDex). Rovo89 is already facing the problem with the P7 so if he solve it, it may work for all Huawei devices too.
For news look here:

There's now a version of xposed that doesn't require deodexing (just for Lollipop for now). I've installed the one from here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wuvipj2s...vHVBa/xposed-v82-sdk22-arm64-huawei2.zip?dl=0 (UL00, EMUI 3.1 Android 5.1) and it installed fine however the modules I've tried only work partially (Gravity box) or practically don't work (Xperia/AOSP Navbar buttons). I've set ro.config.hw_theme=0 within buildprop prior to installation.

yeah but system modification works best with deodexed apps . That's why the other method instructs us to deodex the the /App , /Priv-App and /Framework folders .
I Learned my lesson the hard way when i first modified system files on My Motorola Milestone and got into a bootloop
i have the same issue on my mate s
how do i get out of bootloop ?

Download "Xposed uninstaller" from http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/guide-workaround-running-xposed-t3338765 - make sure you choose correct version for your device/OS. Copy it to usb drive or SD card; stick it into device (OTG cable will be needed in case you use usb drive); go into recovery and flash Xposed uninstaller. That's it.

Hi everyone.
I have a Huawei Honor 4x (Che2-L11) and today i flashed TWRP succesfully on it after so many soft bricks. But now i cant flash any file with it. I tried flashing super SU and xposed framework, both installed fine but the phone failed to boot (I was stuck at the Honor logo) so i had to uninstall xposed (When i installed superSU i had to reflash system.img)
How can i root my damn phone?
Update: I have now rooted my phone with BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328-forced-systemless.zip
You have bootloop now?! After you rooted
Um nope its all good, cant install xposed though.
Try another xposed version
I have the Kirin 620 version and there is only version for that (Android 6)

Someone posted in honor 7 thread that v85 worked fine compared to v86 which had problems.
May be you can give that a try.
Okay, i'll give it a shot
Ok i managed to install the older version but now i get "xposed framework version 85 is installed, but not active, please check logs for details"

I myself had to leave Xposed alone coz emui does behave weirdly when I install Xposed on my honor 7.
Sometimes random reboots, sometimes settings not working and sometimes dialer.
It's probably due to some not properly built libs, like touchwiz or on xperia devices.
deleted
If it doesn't work try another version
Fixed it??
