Does anyone know a MOD or a ROM that changes the pulldown on the statusbar to the android man...

I believe that has to be made in the uot kitchen. I remember having that on by HTC awhile back. I always wanted that pull down again. Was neat

Yesterday I was wondering if it would be possible for something similar for our devices whilst P.A is still in beta phase and not ported yet
