Deleting password without root?

Hi,
My cousin recently broke her screen, she gave password to the service guys because they needed it and she was in trouble because her mom checked her phone. (Xperia j) I'm wondering - isn't it enough to flash an FTF to delete the password?... I'd test it on my phone, but when it isn't going to need the password I'll have to reroot again.

No flashmode is before all that so it won't matter if there is any type of password on it, just do what you'd do for an FTF, it'll work.
Flashtool will tell you that you're in the correct mode.

I have also read that Lollipop rolls out for z3 and z2. I think z1 Update comes out at April/may.

Stock rom and apps in background

Hello! I have question to people who is using stock rom. As I remember it was killing apps in background. I had to switch to LOS. It is great but i want stock rom again.
Did oppo change anything or it is still annoying?

It dosent kill apps for hours now

They still get killed even after I have enabled background activity and lock the app.
