please help i really want to use windows 10 on this with android. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanxx
You should just have to download Windows 10 (32 bit edition) from Microsoft and install it on a USB Drive (GPT + Fat32).
Just be sure you have empty space on the "hard drive" and start the X98 and press ESCape key to go to the boot menu and choose your USB Drive.
If Windows have enough space it will install itself and create the 2 partition it need, that's it !

Hi guys,
as you know, Teclast firmware manage dual boot option, so it is not like Grub on desktop a PC with Win10 and Debian.
I want to fresh install Windows 10 and I think this procedure will works:
1) Install Android (Mirek190 version) with repartitioning (in this way we can obtain unused space)
2) Install Windows 10 in the unused space with a USB pendrive (rufus?).
What do you think?Does it work?
We know that original teclast partitions are so many and not really easy to understand..
Hi,
I wanted to install Windows (any windows version, really) on my X98 AIR III (MC5C5). The current OS is Android.
My first attempt resulted in a hard brick, right after trying to flash the bios using a tutorial on cngadget.
Got my tablet repaired, allegedly it has dual boot BIOS now AND win10 has been installed on it, but it was removed due to licensing.
Still, the tablet BIOS does not recognize any USB stick or microSD I put into it, so I can't run any Windows install.
I've used both official teclast files and regular ISO's on FAT32 format.
Did I go wrong somewhere with the install files, or is it something with the BIOS?

I bought X98 Plus II - C2D4 work great,
I ordered in addition to USB 2.0 SIM Modem HSDPA Adapter 21Mbps 3G Wireless USB Dongle EDGE GSM GPRS UMTS Supported.
On the Windows 10 works great, but I have a problem with the Android system is not recognized.
I set ROOT and installed PPP app but nothing.
Does anyone have a solution. Very important to me that in android Connect to 3G
No solution I'm afraid, in Android the drivers must be in the ROM, and it's not the case for your 3G dongle.
Hello
I’m new to the forum.
I own a Teclast X98 plus II and meets big problems of autonomy.
Once loaded 100%, I can use the tablet only for an hour! In addition, when I go in the parameters (Android) of the battery, the indicated capacity is 3000 mAH and not 8000 on mAH !!!
Do you have any idea of the problem?
Thank you

for those who have c2d6, although it may work on other models, and have had problems with Intel Power Management drivers after upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10, it no longer recognized the battery and also because the repository driver above is not signed it only worked when you came in by disabling checking the signature. THERE IS A SOLUTION, install this works perfectly and if it is signed, someone who has permissions on MEGA could upload it. https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/downloads/ds112797-intel-battery-management-device-driver-for-windows-10-64-bit-miix-310-10icr
