http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=59666958
If you are not rooted (stock) and want to stay stock but upgrade to lollipop, follow the directions in this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=59818274
Thanks for reply
But I didnot find lollypop 5.0 update for this specific Base Band Version :N900AUCUCNC2
My device is not rooted I just want to install original at & t lollupop update..
Thanks
You don't need to find the nc2 baseband... you said you are already on NC2. NC2 is kitkat.
If you want to install stock lollipop 5.0 on the att note 3 n900a phone... then you need to install the lollipop rom that ends in OC1.
You cannot stay on NC2 and have lollipop, because the current stock lollipop is OC1.
You don't need to be rooted to install it. You need to use ODIN to install it and you will still be stock and not rooted.

[Help] Updating to Marshmallow from 5.1.1 (g900aucu4coi5) stock rom & no root

I just purchased a Galaxy S5 unlocked, but its an at&t model (g900a, shows at&t logo on boot, has at&t bloatware). I live in New Zealand so I can not use an at&t sim and update to the latest firmware (ph4?). Im stuck on g900aucu4coi5 and I want to update, and I have found a guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s5/general/galaxy-s5-android-version-6-0-1-t3419016
Can I just flash ph4 with odin 3.11.1 and I will be fine? No chance of brick or tripping knox (assuming i follow instructions correctly)? Also is there a way I can debrand my s5 and give it a stock s5 rom w/out the at&t crap without tripping knox?
This may seem like a noob question but I have followed instructions to the letter while flashing roms on a galaxy trend plus and a galaxy y duos, and encountered problems down the road which led to bootloops. I assume this was because the tools made for them were still in beta for these devices were not popular, but I still want to be safe and keep my new s5 alive.
Thx

You should be able to go up to PH4 using ODIN no problem.
And about the bloatware... As soon as we find a way to root or preroot Marshmallow we'll probably get some debloated ROMs up, but first we have to find a way to preroot (I'm working on it but it's taking the back burner for a bit while I work on other ROMs so anyone is welcome to give it a try)

Yes, and no. It updated, started overheating and the battery caught fire. Rip.
I'm in the same boat as I have an ATT S5 with Lollipop and tried the above method w/Odin and it is now a brick, stuck on the ATT logo.
Are there any working accessible sources fore the ATT stock Firmware for Lollipop in order to rollback this MM update? I've been looking and have found none.

Is the bootloader mistakenly unlocked on my s6 AT&T version?

Hi,
I recently got a brand new s6 G920A AT&T version from an authorized reseller. To my surprise the firmware on it is very old - 5.0.2 with sw version G920AUCU1AOCE
I have heard that this firmware was a pre-release or developer version of s6 and has unlocked bootloader. Is that true?
How do I find if the bootloader is locked or unlocked in my samsung s6 or for that matter in *any Samsung* phone? Is it possible to check using Odin or some other tool on whether the bootloader is unlocked?
Thanks!

Start by asking in the proper place. This is the g920a forum.
I think that is to check if it is rooted. My question was how to check if bootloader is unlocked. Can somebody help? Thanks!

Try with this KingRoot, maybe it can root your S5.

Downgrading Samsung Galaxy s5 ( 5.1.1 ) ( SM-G900A )?

So I did some research if there was any way to root Samsung Galaxy s5 (5.1.1) (SM-G900A). People were saying you can't downgrade because of a locked bootloader or something. But I found one firmware that was meant for tests that brings you back to 4.4+(Can't remember exactly, but it was 4.4). Is there a way to go to this tested firmware and go back to a firmware that could be rooted?
