Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a 4.4.4 Kitkat custom rom, stable and without bugs.
There are the CM11 nightly but it's impossible to know what still does not go on them so I would not risk.
Any suggestions?
Do not link me any Lollipop rom, since I don't like the new Android OS and will never work perfectly on a Quadcore, in my opinion.
Thanks for your time.

Resurrection remix by mrunalkaran (cm based , cm themes) or Tesla (Aosp based, Layers manager) , these are roms with no major bugs or noticeable bug
Features -RR (has more features than Tesla, battery backup of 4hrs +)
Battery backup - Tesla (has lesser features compared to RR, but has better battery life 6hrs+)

There is nothing such as best roms.
Everyone has his or her own preferences/taste. You might like a piece of software which others wont.

Try Minimal OS by Vatsal
One of the best!
1. CyanogenMod 12.1
2. Minimal OS
3. AOSP
These are the three ROMs I have used (currently using CyanogenMod), and all of the above three are very much stable. AOSP is stock experience, but if you want additional features, you can go for CyanogenMod. Battery backup is more or less same for all the above ROMs.
Stock 6 is stable

My personal Favourite is the Orion LP, I keep going back to this ROM as it's stable, fast and RAM management is quiet good as well.

I'm currently on RR , haven't faced any lags.. And Almost all aosp based roms are smooth, try turbo.. Or a near stock based rom like radium redefined

I'm using Exodus and it's really smooth. Exodus' features suits all my needs and I recommend it to everybody.
Thanks for the suggestions.. will try those roms
Hi Guys,
which Custom Rom would you recommend flashing on our Moto X at the moment?
Any suggestions appreciated
Resurrecction or cm13.
Rest are Cm based
SlimKat
I use stock kitkat fully debloated with a custom kernel because the amout of bugs and the poor battery life of >5.0 drives me crazy.
Cyanogenmod 13 is still only nightly status, I update regularly but I still have random problems/unreliability with it. My preference would be a solid AOSP style ROM, even if it were Lollipop.
Thank you all for sharing your experiences

Can anyone suggest me a good, reliable marshmallow ROM? I'm currently using OCT OS 6.0 but it has lots of annoying minor bugs. Suggestions will be appreciated.
I'm using Resurrection Remix v5.7.3 (Android version 6.0.1) and it is very stable, fast, and awesome. I'm not sure what isn't working because it does everything I want it to do and I haven't noticed any minor bugs (I'm sure there are a few, but nothing comes to mind). I highly recommend this ROM for anyone who has been having sluggish performance.
Why not the official nightlies? Been running them for a while now and haven't had any glaring issues on my xt1060
remix rom has browser video playback broken, if octos is working in that, then oct os
crCM14.1 + PIE 3.0 + OmniRecents
