I also need the stock firmware.
I checked the file factory link you posted, but I could not find any for XT1052 4.4.4
The second link you posted for requesting a firmware, I should be registered before I could request, but registration is not possible for some reason.
If you are already registered, Can you please post a request for the firmware?

If you have downloaded both UK and FR version of 4.4.4, Can you please check if the recovery.img has the same MD5 checksum.. The file size will be the same(most likely), but the MD5 checksum might be different.!

Nope. 3 information needed to download directly from Samsung. PDA, CSC and Phone. Info on Sammobile is availbale for the first 2 but not the last one. It's really slow on Sammobile.

I would say yes, here's the instructions...
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin ZIP file
Open Odin v.3.09
Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

Hmmm. Well it's not working for me. I also ran into this problem with 4.4.2... I couldn't Odin flash anything except the stock Canadian firmware. I was actually wondering if the Canadian model is slightly different. Model number is SM-T705W. Anybody know?

Yeah I've seen and tried those, they don't work. I'm not sure why, but the Canadian "W" version is not listed and never has been... It's been available in Canada for about 6 months now. If I can't flash a normal SM-T705 firmware, I'll probably sell the tablet and get a Nexus 9, because hell will freeze over before any of our Big 3 release an update...
I looked around and couldnt find anything except old expired download links on filefactory and sbf.droid-developers.org that don't work anymore, and some on Baidu etc that don't work...
I need the original AT&T XT1097 factory images for either 5.0 or 5.0.2 but I can't find working links anywhere. For example the 5.02 seems to be:

Does anyone know where the images can be found anymore? Seems you can still find working links for 4.4.4 for ATT XT1097 but curiously not 5.0 or 5.0.2. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Also just to clarify, the link to xt1097 ATT 5.0.2 that is in the Filefactory folder that is in the Return To Stock Guide in the Moto X General forum is an invalid link with a Filefactory error and the file is no longer there.
Thus, I've searched and all the 5.0.2 ATT XT1097 stock image links on XDA seem to be invalid/dead/outdated/missing file. Does anyone still have this somewhere? Thanks.
