Instructions:
No need to download gapps it's preinstalled with supersu
Additional Instructions:
Download and flash a stock United Arab Emirates ROM before starting then root it:?
1. Make a backup of your current ROM using TWRP Recovery ( Do not SKIP. YOU WILL NEED THE FOLDER DIRECTORY)
2. Download the ROM from the link.
3. Extract the folder containing the ROM.
4. Now move the folder to /TWRP/Backups/234CEC2A/
5. Boot into recovery and click restore.
6. There you will see the ROM name Google Touchwiz ROM Final.
Then restore it.
7. Now go and factory reset and clear dalvik cache.!
8.Your Done!
Information: Many people have already run my ROM and loved it except for... The no wifi BUG!!! After a days of Hard Work I've finally finally rebuilt the ROM from scratch and everything work from editors to wifi. This is a heavily modified lollipop ROM but made to look and feel like a Marshmallow ROM. Its one of the smoothest ROMs I feel that is out there.
For those who don't know what this ROM is it is the ultimate combination between Google and Samsung. I've brought the best of Google and The best of Samsung Together. This includes features such as Always On and Edge Display. For my long time fans this is the update you have all been waiting for.
Special Thanks to Cyber Fiber. I had nearly given up in building this ROM but then this YouTuber pleased me by show casing the ROM and this brought such a warm feeling to my heart and finally we are here. The Ultimate update. Also i have not been neglecting you my long time fans and theme support is the next update if wifi finally works!!?
Comment if it works and please report any problem you find. Also radio is fixed and the ROM is now smoother and Faster.
PS: After you have installed the ROM just leave your phone for 10 mins then return because for some reason startup is a bit buggy.
This is for the Music app cause I was a derp and forgot to install a music app? You will have to extract the folder and put it in the ROM yourself in the folder /system/app.

If you are still having trouble with wifi then follow the steps below:
Go to your stock firmware from Iraq or United Arab Emirates and copy the firmware and firmware modem folders to your internal storage
Also copy the original Ril, boot image, libsec Ril dsds.so from/lib and also libsec-ril.so from /lib
Then install the ROM and then use a file manager (by downloading a root Explorer apk) and then copy and overwrite or replace the folders. Also if you are using a variant rather than a500F then go to the build prop and change the model number to your model number.
OK so I just got some results of the Always on Feature. These results are based on the following settings.
Clock is Calendar
No 24 hours
No seconds
Brightness at its lowest
Edge Display is on
Ram is cleared
It drains about 7% an hour
So you can probably get about 6 hours and lose 40% of your battery
However remember that if you keep your phone in your pocket or the flip cover( any flip cover) or anything that blocks the sensor it turns off always on display. So you probably gonna get 12-15 hours of battery life

Put it in system/app because private app tends to fail. In the next update I will delete some bloat. Also as I said flash the stock firmware of the United Arab Emirates and then copy the files firmware , firmware modem and the files you took above in your previous post just take those and replace them on the ROM. However if that doesn't work then copy the same files from the Russian firmware and replace them on the rom

I will delete stuff in the next update. Guys do you want me to strip down the ROM by deleting apps which can be downloaded for example google clock calendar. If you do the only problem is the fact that the ROM is called Google touch wiz rom so... I can't call it Google if there are no Google apps

Who care about warranty? don't be a ***** and Unlock the Bootloader on Your RAZR i thread by mattlgroff . ( for locked BL, flash stock brasil (in a LATAM phone of course), in RSD-Lite and then apply the OTA KK update).
First i recommend you read the “All Things” Razr I Index thread by Hazou
This TWRP backup come from a clean stock rom 982.50.29.XT890.Brasil.en.BR flashed in RSD-Lite, and updated to Kit-Kat using forced OTA update 990.46.70.XT890.en.BR then Debloated using [SCRIPT] Debloater for KitKat, JB & ICS by waj3k
for last installed SuperSu. You will get not crappy apps from motorola, Install your favorite apps in a lot of space.
Install steps:
Unlock your bootloader (if locked)
Install TWRP, this is a TWRP 2.8.0.1 backup, using [RECOVERY] Unofficial TWRP 2.8.0.1 thread by Hazou ( Tip : you can just Flashify TWRP2.8.0.1.img )
Make a Backup of your current ROM in the microSD you will need the phone's serial number later!
Download the backup and decompress it, in temp folder ( you will need get the B1 Free Archiver, get it at http://b1.org/ )
you MUST rename the /TWRP/BACKUPS/TA3240B01X/ folder to your phone's serial number ! you can get this in you first backup or in Fastboot as "Barcode" or in ADB as device
now copy /TWRP/BACKUPS/YourSerialNo/2014-11-13--21-54-05 KIA20.70/ to you microSD
Restore it using TWRP ( Tip : in TWRP Settings i use "Use rm-rf instead of formatting" because format took an eternity )
Restart and enjoy a clean stock Kit-Kat rom in your RAZR i
You will get a Kit-Kat FINAL Debloated Stock ROM for Motorola RAZR i XT890 Rooted :

I've flashed this debloated version and so far so good! Exceptfor Greenify... it didn't hibernate apps automatically and when i try to hibernate then manually, it stay on "hibernating" screen forever... But everything else is working fine! Thanks for your effort!

Working for me, i tested Greenify the 2.4 beta 5 and 2.5 beta 5 !

Realized the downalod file but it has an extension " .b1 " . I wonder how can I use this type of file, if anyone can help I will be grateful.
Why he uses the b1 format, I don't know. The b1 format is almost never used. Should have used the zip format or rar. anyone can decompres that. But there is a b1 extractor. Just search the web
its a nice job but...when i installed...the backup give me a lot files useless and the internal memory, show me anothers folders, like if my phone was another phone (backup)...and my olders files, cant be seen it, when i connect my phone to my pc...in the end, i flash the JB rom of brazil with rsd lite and update, via recovery, to KK and i dont haved issues, except the low sound when i listen music in the google music...
I got some real weird problems. I mean teh rom works but the phone restarts every 10 minute and when I start certain apps.

I recommend you flash RSDlite stock JB and restore the backup in a clean JB rom.
I flashed the EU version but it wasn't rooted. I tried reapplying the razriroot2.zip but it didn't root the device although the installation was successful. Can anyone help?

Welcome to NoleKat for T211!
This rom is based on the T211 Italian KitKat firmware with stock kernel. It is Touchwiz based and somewhat debloated.
I do not have a T211 to test on, so make sure you have a backup before flashing. This is my first endeavour into a GSM rom, so you may have to fix your own connectivity issues since I don't have this device.

INSTALLATION
Ensure you have updated to the KitKat firmware.

Flash full rom zip; then the update.
Reboot and enjoy
Report back any bugs you find
I recommend a full wipe, but you can always try a dirty flash.
NOTE ABOUT INTERNAL SDCARDS
Our 4.1.2 version roms use the /data/media directory as the "internal sdcard".
4.2+ versions of Android use the /data/media/0 directory due to support for multiple users.
If you switch to a different Android version, you need to be aware of this difference.
I recommend wiping "internal sdcard" also before switching from 4.1.2 to 4.4.2.

I haven't added any performance tweaks. I've seen so many varying opinions on the entropy tweaks that I never bother with it.

Keep up the good work. On the very 1st day I got this Tab...was a bit frustrated but later when Kernels and good ROMs was released gave the Tab3 a new life.

This rom has the original kernel. I only modified the ramdisk to allow insecure adb (helps during troubleshooting).
As for the modem, there are so many different regions that may have a slightly different modem that I can't provide one that will 100% work for everyone. This rom does not touch the modem that you currently have installed. I can provide the one from the Italian firmware, but you probably will want to keep using the one for your region.

Ok, removed more stuff from rom as I only use for voip, down to 517Mb. Flashed on ZE551 with Project T Kernel v43, everything working great so far! Only difference I see is smaller bootlogo.

Screen resolution still 1920x1080. I was looking for a rom with 1280x720 to increase performance and battery especially that I can't tell the difference with 720p and 1080p movies on a 5.5'' screen.

This tool don't work on x86 rom, only arm rom.
For use it on x86 rom:
Extract all system folder
Rename folder "x86" in framework to "arm".
Rename all folders "x86" in app and priv-app contain odex files to "arm".
Don't modify folder "x86" in "priv-app/InputDevices/" this folder don't have any apk
Use joeldroid tool and your system folder is deodexed and zipaligned.
I contacted joeldroid whether he could adapt its software for x86 rom. I have no answer yet.

Because as far as I'm concerned, the In-App Purchases are not working for every apps and games in stock ROM..

The thing is the system complaining that my device has the In-App Purchases disabled, which in my case
they are not. SwiftKey Store complaining that Google Play Services is out-of-date but it is the latest version. Apps or games like Kingdom Rush didn't have the option to buy the hero, and if I click on the 'buy' button, the popup for the IAP is not coming up. Same goes to Ampere, and game like Alien Creeps keep saying the IAP for my device is disabled.
I already e-mailed Asus Support but they are still not being able to resolve the issue..

Just modify google play by rev 5.3.6 work fine with in app purchase.

I've flashed your ROM.. The IAP works just fine, so thank you very much.. I don't really get what is the cause for the issue, but all I can tell you is
when I'm still on stock ROM, I've root it using temporary CWM method. I think maybe something in the procedure have disabled some important components.. I don't know..
Keep up the good works bro. I hope you'll still support this ROM after version 5.1 or 5.1.1 released. :good:
By the way can you provide a flashable Audio Wizard?
Because without it, even after I installed the Viper4Android, the audio is still lacking some details, and pumping bass..

Steps to install and DOWNLOAD LINKS

Read all of these long instructions to be sure you understand anything. If it doesn't make sense then be patient and get explanations instead of screwing things up then asking for help.
Follow muniz_ri's process to get to lollipop firmware and keep root. G900A or G870A
Doing this you will get flashfire also which is needed. Thanks chainfire for another useful app. If you can't follow the instructions to install it then you shouldn't be flashing this rom.
I will also be providing SafeStrap steps for the G900A and G870A. Use Flashfire to get to lollipop though because it can do things that SafeStrap can't. The reason I still use safestrap is to have a nandroid and quickly recover from bricks or any other issues where I can't fully boot and use FlashFire.
FlashFire Method (Thanks Rakuu for writing this, I made some changes to this guide):
Open flashfire, tap the +, and then tap "Flash zip or OTA" and browse to where you saved this rom on your device and add it.
Tap the + and tap "Wipe" and check everything except internal storage (unless you want to wipe your external sdcard)
Now make sure you have the actions in the following order:
Wipe
Flash zip or OTA
Just be sure that wipe is the first thing it does. FlashFire likes to set it as last even if you select to wipe before you add the rom zip.
Check to make sure within the actions you have everything checked correctly, you can leave everroot disabled as the installer in the ROM zip does this, and also leave reboot as default.
Tap the lightning bolt and then tap OK and wait for it to do its work.
For those of you that want to have safestrap also you can easily set it up to run beside FF. In case you softbrick and need all you have to do is flash the NG3 Kernel in download mode through odin and reboot then enter SS through the splash.

@malbert16442 i am actually buying a used T mobile Galaxy S5 in about an hour so i could get away from the locked bootloader lol. I'll still have the ATT phone for a while and will give this a try once i get the T mobile phone up and running stable. It'll be a few days probably.
i flash the rom with flashfire and it install then it reboot and got stuck on the Samsung galaxy s5 boot screen......

Edit: I have the same problem and battery pull was unsuccessful....

I can confirm that this rom seems a little bit better. The ram issue has been fixed. The battery life seems strong or maybe the same as the last ROM. But I'm grateful that these were made because GPS works in the USA for me now and this phone is definitely more usuable. Talked with the creator of this rom and he's a really good guy. Grateful to have him and what he is doing for this beast!!

In ODIN options tab, check the "Auto-reboot" and "F. Reset Time" box but DO NOT CHECK "RE-PARTITON" BOX !!!

Yes, make a full wipe (without internal storage) for clean installation but it's not necessary though...

A9100 has special package installer for install app and has an option for make apps stay on ram
when we install gapps on A9100 package installer replaced by google package installer
app services cant stay on background after use task killer eg: telegram cant recive message till we open it
does this rom have this problem?
or any way to fix it?

I fixed this notification issue by entering in Smart Manager, then RAM Categorie. In RAM section, there is AUTO RUN APPS tab. You can disable optimization for the desired applications.
This method solved my notifications problem.
For your information, I am on the Tungtata v2 custom ROM.
