Ok so here it is, I've been going through countless forums looking around at problems others are having and the general information i've found is nobody has the LGL85C $330 straight talk phone, well i've gone and done it and bricked it
CWMR Touch Installed
I've tried CM7
Went on to Marky Beatz v1.2 and get stuck in constant boot loops.
Tried flashing original roms that were the marquee version (Sprint)
There is no option to press Vol+ and Power to get software restore, and when i go to update through LGB2C it says my phones software isn't supported now this said that before i had even gone and touched anything.
It is rooted and has the super user in there somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.
Android 2.3.4
LGL85CV1
Was able to get it back up and running by installing a Sprint Optimus Q? firmware now i'm stuck with all of this sprint stuff and i have 4 buttons i can hit the Q only has 3 anybody have any ideas on how to get most of my functionality by modifying this rom?
I have a 2014 Moto G on Striaght Talk (AT&T). It STILL does not have the Lollipop update. Settings -> About Phone -> System Updates give's me "Your device's software is up to date". Anyone know why?

My XT1063 on ST got it when it came out.
I grabbed the zip file posted here for the previous update and flashed via recovery. The first OTA. Today I got a new one [emoji41]
I also got the second Lollipop Fix OTA this afternoon. This is an update which seems to have fixed the low memory problem -- things do seem much quicker.
You're just doing the normal "Check for updates", right?
I also have the same problem with my Moto G 2014 dual sim (UK) it just says "Your device's software is up to date."
Can anyone help me please

As my phone was lagging after marshmallow update I decided to downgrade my Android to KitKat. So I downgraded it but after few days I noticed that I was not getting 3g network. So i decided to upgrade it to lollipop. But while in the process my phone got automatically switched off even though I was having 80% battery. :crying: thing which should have never happened
Since then my phone is dead. Not starting. Please help me. I think my phone is bricked.

Hello all. So I bought a Moto G6 back in 2018 from the second-hand market. The phone however is not normal. When checking for updates, it says "Up to date, last updated Feb1 2018." I tried installing a custom ROM last year from here but partway through the process it got stuck with an unexpected error, which wasnt documented anywhere and so I gave up. Now that my phone is showing signs of age, I want to repursue this route. Need some help on how should I go about it
So what you're saying is the phone is not flashed with the stock rom but a custom one?
Try flashing the stock rom from lolinet https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/ali/
Or use LMSA. https://support.lenovo.com/br/pt/downloads/ds101291-rescue-and-smart-assistant-lmsa
