how do i install? i unzipped and opened it through my phone and said it will overwrite my current phone.apk i clicked ok and it still fc's :/ why must it be pushed?

nvm sorted it out.. for those who dont have android sdk or htc sync you can simply copy the phone.apk into system/app and install it once its in that directory. Note: need root permissions to copy/edit system directory
