WiFi doesn't work(GingerKat)

Hi,
I am having problems turning on my WiFi on my gts5830 using gingerkat rom. Help?

Just ran logcat for info and found this E/WifiService( 1661): Failed to load Wi-Fi driver.
when trying to turn on wifi

At&t Galaxy S5 won't get out of ultra power saving mode

So what happened was i disabled emergency now when i ever i boot up my s5 I cannot see the Ultra power saving UI so i cannot turn it off. I restarted the phone and took out the battery that didn't help . Resetting my phone is not an option .

Can someone please help me i need my phone....

It is definitely soft bricked, it doesnt boot properly, you can reflash or trya factory reset. Were you rooted?

Yes it is rooted i just need to go and disable the Emergency . I read that on another thread but i have no way of getting to that file .

I don't think so because i can access the settings and notification menu . The UI is just completely blacked out with the status bar on top . And when i get a message i can access it . And reply to it too same for phone calls. There is just no button to disable Ultra Power Saving because of the lack of UI.

I Disabled touch wiz and emegency , And im running launcher 8 , Thats most likely the reason of it not working

That is exactly the reason why, theres a thread in the general section for this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785363 and it says reflash, so thats what youre going to have to do, try and be more responsible with what you mess with next time.

I brought it to AT&T they re flashed using a custom rom

its not working for me plzzz help me....i have unlock bootloader then i flash recovery and try to go into recovery without first boot after flash its rebooting every time and not going into twrp recovery or even stock recovery....after i reboot and then manually go into recovery it is stock recovery there....plzzz help me

Did you flash it using fastboot?

We have CM 12.1 available.
Fingerprint sensor and NFC isn't working in it.

This thread is misleading users here, it should have proper methods or tools to install TWRP. having only recovery image doesn't solve anything.

Hello everybody i have note920c working on river rom...some times i find my phone powerd off...and it will note powering on till i go to first screen of download mode thin i chose cancel thin my phone restarts ..and i dont know the problem..any body can help me plz

What kernel you using? Find and flash latest modem and bootloader of your model

Or u can use the Dr. KETON sm-n920c mm kernal if he still has it avaliable. Works great for mu n920i variant [emoji106]
