ATTENTION:

This ROM it's the CHINESE version, not the GLOBAL!
Prerequisites:
- Root:
You need to have root access on your Oneplus 3 to flash Miui V8.
- Battery:
Charge your OnePlus3 85% so that you wont encounter any battery related problems while updating it.
- Unlocked bootloader:
You must have a unlocked bootloader on OnePlus 3 to flash this rom.
- Recovery:
You need a custom recovery like twrp installed on your device.
Go here for an All-in-one kit for root, unlock bootloader, and flash recovery. Thanks to @ahmedradaideh
How to flash:
- Download MIUI v8 for OnePlus 3 and place it in a folder which can be easily accessible on device internal storage.
- Reboot into TWRP using button combination and make a nandroid backup. (Optional)
- Wipe cache,system and data partitions.
- Click on install and select MIUI v8 rom zip file and flash it.

Yeahh.. it took long. Too long to finally release our work. It took us so many days and nights to work on this Rom.
Who are we?
Our Team (VIP) consists of 3 main devs and 4 other guys. We all are students and love android.
Our names are (V)aleriy - (I)lyas and (P)atryk.
So we created a small dev Team named VIP.

We uploaded our rom to this server to always provide the newest VIP Rom, which is availible for our S5. Also all OTA Updates will follow directly through this server.

Thanks for this! But apart from Tweks and Root, that raises some slightly off-topic questions:
1. For apps you don't use: Doesn't freezing the mentioned apps via Titanium Backup have the same effect?
2. And for apps you actually use: doesn't removing e.g. Google Maps as a system app and installing it from the Play Store leave you with freed (but unusable) system space and additionally used user space?
Or are there any advantages of having unused system space?

Edit: I found out that is not snapchat problem, the front camera is not working even in camera app it crashed... someone knows?
Edit2: LOL I found out it again, it was the DPI, I change it into 400, now it is in 480 and it works

As I said, It's based on SlimLP, so same kernel, vendor, hardware, G900F, already said that.
Looks like booting is buggy, but rom is working fine, need to fix it.

If you want to, install xposed-v80-sdk22 and use the GravityBox module for LP, that's the best way and has the most options.

Just to confirm - instructions in the B194 rom say to flash:
1. ROM B194 V1.1
2. Datafiles B194 V1.1
3. Datafiles L29 C636 B194 (I'm using MHA-L29C636)
but in this B198 rom, as per OP I only need to flash:
1. Download Rom B198
2. Datafiles L29 C636 B194

The last build for mate 9 is B194
Then install B194.
By the way... with B198 Blueborne is fixed.

How to install:
[*]Reboot in TWRP Recovery
[*]Backup your phone!
[*]Format/Wipe system, dalvik and data
NOTE: If you are coming from stock rom then wipe everything to remove encryption.
[*]Flash/Install ROM zip
[*]Go to reboot options and switch to other slot (don't reboot)
You can also use fastboot and reboot back to twrp instead of swapping slot.

Live display (might be a different name) is turned on by default, try going to settings > Display and turn it off
