What is RR?
Resurrection Remix the ROM has been based on Cyanogenmod, slim, omni and original Remix ROM builds, this creates an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your Device
What is NOT working:​GPS and FM radio
What is working:​Other like Wi-Fi, OTG, baseband and etc.
How to install it:​Step 1:
You should download files for flashing:
File with RR rom (Resurrection-Remix-LP-v5.5.9-20160119-a500cg.zip):
Beta7.3 ( Mirror of Beta7.3)
Old Beta7.2.2
YOU MUST FLASH XPOSED WITH BETA7.3!
OpenGapps: Download from Google Drive or you can use Old GAPPS
XPOSED v78 : Download from Google Drive (optional)
ADB v1.0.32: Download from Google Drive
TWRP 2.8.7.0 recovery by quanganh2627 (new December build): Download from Google Drive
Step 2:
1) Unpack archive with ADB and put TWRP image there.
2) Copy file with rom and gapps to internal/external memory of your phone.
3) Then you should reboot your phone in the droidboot mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume + button)
Then go to the ADB folder and hold Shift + Right Mouse button and write this command:

Then you should reboot your phone in the recovery mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume - button)
Step 3:
Then you phone will reboot in the recovery. In the recovery you should instal three packages: Resurrection-Remix-LP-v5.5.9-20160119-a500cg.zip, gapps-L-x86-20150816-signed.zip and xposed_v75_RR[1].zip
NOTE: Flash Resurrection-Remix-LP-v5.5.9-20160119-a500cg.zip file first.
Step 4:
After flashing, you should format (not wipe) data and cache in the TWRP.
Then you should reboot to system.
How to go back to stock rom:​Flash this package via TWRP:

After that you should make a factory reset.

I am currently using the twrp2.8.7.0 by knone. Do i need to change to this twrp linked here? If so, then would you please explain the reasons/changes.

TWRP by Knone will abort installation due to executing binary error.
And i recommend you to continue using TWRP by quanganh2627

Did you saw ResurrectionRemix bootanimation?
If you see it, you should wipe cache and userdata and it will boot.

no, when i put the last command "adb reboot recovery" , the device restart in recovery and stop. no action or bootanimation...
EDIT: I have tried another time and now the installation still working.

How to install GAPPS on the RR
Note: do this ONLY AFTER RR booting.
1) Go to the ADB folder and hold Shift + Right Mouse button and right this commands:

After "adb reboot recovery" command phone should reboot in TWRP by quanganh2627 and start flashing rom automatically.

Installation Instructions:
1.) Download HyperActive ROM v1.1 and vendor.img from 2nd Post and also delete fingerprints form emui rom,,,
2.) Do Titanium Backup,,, its a cool app...
3.) You Must have TWRP installed.... (Available in 2nd Post too)
4.) Reboot to TWRP and Backup Everything including Boot, Data, System, Product, Vendor, Version (Most important)
5.) Wipe vendor, system, cache, dalvic cache and data only,,, dont wipe Product or Cust, thats important,,,
6.) Now if you are coming from Stock ROM, then follow this step, otherwise skip it,,, Change FileSystem of DATA Partition only to f2fs & FORMAT Data otherwise phone wont boot,,, then reboot twrp and follow next steps if it dont mount data while installing rom, format it again and check filesystem from change fs option,if its f2fs, dont change it again,,,,,
7.) Now install the vendor image using install image option and then Flash the HyperActive ROM zip in TWRP.
8.) Reboot with Pray
GAPPS are not included in this ROM, go to OpenGapps (choose 7.1 arm64) and download your favourite one

Just a quick update to you all... If you experience error 255 with installing GAPPS (BTW, this ROM is Android 7.1 and arm64 phone), just reboot TWRP and it should work just perfectly

Btw, my phone is booting up like 15 minutes already, why it wont boot up? I did everything and data is set to f2fs, cuz I had elite rom before...

The installation is quite sensitive... It may also fail to install some magisk modules for some users...i already know it...but i really dont know why it install some sometimes...anyways... U should flash it again... Wipe all and flash... It should boot like in 5-10mins

the corrected link to magisk 14 is to the manager 5.3 app
is it plain magisk 14 from xda thread or is it patched specifik to this rom?

I installed this ROM for 4 times, 2 times with GAPPS, 2 times without GAPPS, no luch, there is something wrong with my phone or ROM

I installed the rom and I have problems with the camera, any app works. The music app doesn't work too. The rest seems ok.

I just followed the instructions. In 3 minutes the phone boots up.

I have too problem with camera

Reinstall the ROM guys.
Follow the instruction and everything should work

I am back on Elite v4 Rom, cant say do the cam will work in other apps...sry :/

Google introduced new font "Product Sans" in the Android Oreo 8.1 Developer Preview. This font is by default applied on the Settings app, lockscreen PIN entry and clock on the Pixel 2 series. These fonts are extracted directly from the system images and repacked into suitable files for installing. This should change your fonts system-wide across all apps and typefaces. You wont be able to see bold, italics fonts due to a bug on MIUI

Facing boxed font on lockscreen? Flash this zip by gianton
Change the Lockscreen Font only using Magisk Manager and Substratum
This will just change the font on your lockscreen, and not your system font. (Do not flash TWRP font zip if using this method)
Your ROM should support OMS, if its Legacy the SystemUI might crash or phone might bootloop.
Flash the Magisk-GoogleSans.zip module using TWRP > Reboot > System.
Install Substratum Theme Engine : Playstore
Install Pixel+2+Lockscreen+Clock_1.1.apk substratum theme.
Open Substratum and select the theme and your Android Version.
Apply the overlay. Reboot phone if prompted.
If your phone bootloops or system UI crashes, flash the rescue package from Internal storage > Substratum folder using TWRP.

P.S. I manually replaced files from system/media/fonts with files from archive and it works. But i will have to do this after every ROM update. Flashing is much more easier.

lockscreen
On the lockscreen where there should be 2 dots splitting the hour and minutes, I get an unfilled box which replaces the dots when I flash the googlesans.zip file through TWRP using an AOSP rom

Big problem here. Did exactly what you told me to.

Nope, my rom doesn't have that option. I'm using los 15 beta 4 on OnePlus 2.

im using validus android 8. It is pretty much stock.

Doesn't seem to be working on my install. (sultanxda's lineageos 14)

Bug reporting:
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

Initial thoughts:
Clean and speedy!
All the features appear to work great.
Status bar icon padding isn't mangled.
Fingerprint works really fast and is just like stock.
No issues with Magisk and SafteyNet. Widevine L1 is active!
There's no "Check proximity sensor before wake" option.
When charging with AOD option on, it doesn't show the batter % at the bottom (or anywhere). This is just a minor gripe. Fixed in 6/24 build!

Gapps are included (looks like Nano/Micro). You can unzip and either flash each image to the appropriate partition or use one fo those ROM installer batch files, that basically does the same thing:

You can thank OnePlus for breaking the time to full code in kernel, thus breaking indication stuff in userspace(notice how everything works when using a normal charger, but breaks when using dash). That said, there is a hacky workaround from los "that works". So will pick that for the next build.

by the way guys.... this is a great rom. tried it and am using it since last night.. hopefully, wont change it for a week atleast. except for the camera app. very basic and I fail to receive how the 48mp option isn't opening up for most roms yet.

It is an incredibly good ROM. Worth leaving OOS for. Please use GCam and not that awful stock cam!

EDIT: There is newer GCam available. Old still works but there may be problems like shooting Video.

Instructions:
1. Download ROM
2. Download recovery.img, can skip if you want to use TWRP. Follow instructions in the TWRP Thread - LINK
3. Fastboot flash the recovery.img in the bootloader if first time installation (flash both slots):

4. After rebooting to recovery, go to apply update then adb sideload.
5. Adb sideload the zip file from your computer with your phone connected to your computer.

The TEST build in the downloads folder should flash in TWRP no problem, but I think the build gets stuck at boot.

Ill have a new build coming up soon that works fine

New update. Not many changes.
-Updated to new blobs from OOS 11.0.9.9
-Added wireguard kernel backend support.
New instructions to flash. Just flash the update via TWRP or via the recovery.img in the downloads with adb sideload. Also, added a patched boot.img with magisk for root if anyone wants it.

Most likely need magisk with the hide props module.

It works. It doesn't work for me. Show internet speed in the notification bar. Google music scanning doesn't work.

I don't know what you're asking. You can have your internet speed shown. Under the QS tab in fluid customization.
