THIS IS FOR ANDROID 6.0+ ONLY!!!
This is mod I use on my LG V10.
Package was originally created as an add-on for Eliminater74's Rom.
I just ported it over as a flashable zip for my use but I figured I'd share.
Put zip on your external sd card and flash from twrp.
You will get a few "BlackBerry services not working " in the beginning but they will soon go away after some usage. These apps were on the BlackBerry Priv and are pretty useful especially the Hub. If there are some apps you don't like, just uninstall or freeze with titanium backup.
There is a launcher, contacts, calendar, bbhub, password keeper..... just a bunch of stuff.
Enjoy

Do you use titanium backup? If so, under preferences you can use market doctor to attach app links to play store and that should help. But, j700h is outside the U.S.? That might be the issue but I can't say for sure. Try market doctor and let me know please.
Thanks.

You lost me there. What non- rooted apps?
- Just looked it up. Didn't even know about that page. So did you use the BlackBerry manager as described?

Yes, installed the Blackberry Manager by Colbalt and it lets you install all the apps.
I prefer however downloading the folders from Colbalt (just check one of the previous posts on the thread) and install the apps I like (blackberry hub, calendar and keyboard) -the rest are just average (contacts on MM is way better than that of BB)

Hello,
Ever since I updated to CM7. I've run into the problem that certain apps aren't visible in the market on my phone. they are present on the online market but I'm unable to install them.
Does anyone else have the same problem ? and has anyone found a solution?
(Personally I'm running Wgspoelstra's v2.9 (based on nightly .29))
Problem is solved!
solution is posted on page 2 by NL_B!
I can't find Vendetta online in the market either, and i'm running stock (rooted)
hmm I had no such problems on stock just on 2.3.4 CM7
That's because the app isn't compatible with your device (in theory).
But most of the time, that's not true. Just search the apk using other ways and install it with your favourite file manager.
Vendetta is only for tabs btw

I'm using the Spanish May version of the stock rom, rooted and installed yesterday.
I can find the app in Market.
Check your "Market" parameters
Maybe you have enabled "content filtering" by mistake as I did once causing a lot of apps not to be displayed...

What you need to do is install google apps one more time. http://goo-inside.me/google-apps/. Use the 20110307 Universal, download it and install it from recovery like how you install the CM7.
I'm familiar with this problem. WG forget to include some components from the google apps.

Use Eris Market Fix (if you are rooted). Worked perfect for me. You can find it market.

Thanks,
I gave it a try, at first I thought It hadnt worked so i rebooted the phone and read the site and it said it would work after the 2nd or 3rd market 'start' and it actually did! awsome
Hi eniux, actually the best way to reset the market (in case it won't download, happened to me couple of times) is to clear the market data.
Go to settings, applications, click on market, clear data.
If you enter the market it will ask you to agree with terms, condition, etc. After this everything will work as it should.
It's officially out today!
HOWEVER... it's still listed as not available for my Xoom LTE. Not sure if they forgot to check the box for this model. If someone can get the new tablet friendly APK out there, I'd be obliged. I've already submitted a message to Hulu support.
i was able to install it on my xoom.
Can you post an APK file?

i have no clue how to do that.
It's good to know how to do it, programs like ASTRO File Manager or App Backup & Restore can backup the apps installed on your phone or tablet as APK files, which can be installed on any device. It doesn't back up app data (You need root and Titanium Backup for that), but it's great if you want to save old versions of apps in case someone releases a bad update, or if you want to copy them to a device that doesn't have the Android Market or something like that.
Then you stick 'em on some sort of site that lets people download 'em.
Installed fine, however getting DRM not supported error...
I'm running EOS ICS on my CDMA Verizon Xoom, and no dice. I installed it on my Transformer, no problem. Used Astro to backup the apk; however, it says its private and won't allow me to. I've tried to install from the device and the web based play store. No go.
I don't think it's compatible with ICS yet, because my Galaxy Nexus is also non-supported; however, I have ICS on my Nexus S and it installed just fine, so...idk
Runs on my xoom just fine.

You're not getting a "DRM Error"? Mine updated from the hacked version posted earlier once I removed that, but I'm getting "DRM Error 93“.

Im using market update version -
As of last night, my Xoom LTE could install the app off the Play Store. I could also start a video, but the connection wasn't great it seemed, and I got a network error after like fifteen seconds.
It seems like the only people who have gotten the official app to work on their Xoom, are people with the 4G LTE Xoom. Although, it does not say it will only work on 4G LTE in the Google Play app store, there seems to be a pattern. I wonder if a build.prop edit could fix the issue?

Huh. One of your builds, or an official build?
I've wiped data (thinking that the previous hacked version left something around), but still getting the DRM Error 93.

Do you mean market enabler?
Try search "market" in play store.maybe u will find what u are seeking.
i had a similar problem today so maybe this will help you...i will start from the begining.
i was using dark night v3 but when i updated to v5.5 today, two of my important apps were not working. it says in the play store that they wernt compatible with my device. i tried restoring anyway with titanium backup free version but when it popped up to confirm instal (where it shows permissions) it would say failed and then crash the phone on the restoring data
so i bought the pro key for titanium backup. the pro version skips this step and installs in the background. AND IT WORKED! i click on my two apps and they work as before.
i hope this helps you also.

Maybe flash back to the compatable rom, install the app, backup with titanium pro version, flash to new rom then restore with TB pro. it seems the hypershell feature in pro version can bypass the incompatable restriction.

Hello everyone,
I recently rooted my KF HD 8.9 and installed the Play Store. All is well and most of the apps I want installed without an issue.
However there's one app that I swear by that isn't "supported on this device". Chrome.
I ended up sideloading an APK I grabbed from the web but that's neither ideal and it's not a current version.
My question is:
Is there a way to bypass the "not supported" message via an app like Market Enabler?
OR
Is there another (I'd imagine legal) way to obtain the current APK from an alternate website?
Not sure if this will help you but I'll share my method. What I do is just download whatever app I need to my SGS1 and back it up with Titanium Backup. Then, I mount it to my PC and pull the .apk out of the TitaniumBackup folder and side load it. I did this with Nova Launcher and HD Widgets and so far everything is working wonderfully.

Nope, the 1mobile market app does the upgrade by itself.
It even upgrades sideloaded apps
btw... it will mark the kindle skype app as outdataded, do not, i repeat do not substitute the kindle skype with the market skype.
I have a 920C and want to put Microsoft Word on it. The play store says my phone is not compatible. Is this because of the CSC and if so, can I change it (preferably without root)?
The current CSC is EGY; I am using it in the UK on Three.
Before you ask, I don't want to put one of the alternatives to Word - it has to be Word itself.
Thanks

Just download the APK, links below:
Word - http://www23.zippyshare.com/v/J1NGdeFD/file.html
Excel - http://www37.zippyshare.com/v/DJtFyMbB/file.html
Got both on my 920C and work fine. Not sure if they'll update via play store but they are the latest versions.
Someone else had this issue & I confirmed the same "device not compatible on the play store" on my N920T. I tried installing the microsoft apks from my stock ROM (BOH4) & for some reason they would fail to install when I was on BOH6.
Anyways, install it from the Samsung Galaxy App store, the Microsoft apps installed just fine for me there. I'm not a fan of those apps though & prefer using the old Quick Office Pro app better.
It isn't pre-installed in your device? I had the Microsoft apps pre-installed in mine. Strange =/
