[Q] "Use location" popup in some new android apps

Hi i have seen these popups in some new android apps,Clicking on yes will automatically turn on location services and wifi. I want to know how is this done or is this a new feature from play services?I like to implement some thing like this for next update of my app. The popup image can been seen in the following url http://i.stack.imgur.com/EP4Qd.png

Sync Android Sdk prob

I cant open file made by my ex macbook on my current win

Clicking the button 'Sync Project With Gradle Files' should do the trick:
Tools -> Android -> Sync Project with Gradle Files
If that fails, try running 'Rebuild project':
Build -> Rebuild Project

Android Studio lost the References

Today when I open my project the android studio doesn't find the references of things, yesterday the app was running correcly when turn off the Windows had updated and when started Android Studio update too, I saw something about gradle but put it in local/offline doesn't work

Android studio - android emulator closed because of an internal error

Android emulator closes giving "email config_init blacklisted=0 has_guest_renderer=1" when I tried to run the created virtual device. Im using mac book pro and android sdk is properly installed. Can someone help me to resolve this?

Flutter Inspector and Widget Tree not loading

I have installed latest version of Android Studio as well as all the necessary plugins such as Dart and Flutter. When I run an application and hit the Flutter Inspector tab on the right side of the screen, the Flutter Inspector window pops up with a message saying "The JxBrowser license could not be found".

Is there anything I missed about the JxBrowser or something?
