Hi Everyone,
Im running cyanogen 4.2.5 on my G1 and Im wondring if this method
here
will work to move my apps to sdcard?
Appreciate your comments
THanks.
Cyanogen roms already have apps2sd built in them as long as you have an ext partition.
Oh okay. But i dont get why my internal phone memory is lowering in terms of MB everytime im installing an app??
do you have your sd partitioned? Did you partition it before or after flashing the rom? Have you moved your cache to your sd as well?
Hi,
I've just install the Kang-o-rama 1.2 ROM with app2ext. After i checked the A2SDGUI I have installed some apps. Then I noticed that the amount of free space in internal memory and sd-ext drop at the same rate. I think the apps is install in both memories.
Does anybody knows what I have do set, so that the apps are only install in sd-ext?
anybody has a solution?
Hi!
I'm facing disk space problems with internal memory on my samsung galaxy mini.
So I have moved lots of apps to SD by using app2sd and cm7 own moving capabilities.
Now I saw this apps2sd script by darktremor and want to give it a try.
I managed to partition my SD card to two different partitions and /sd-ext is mounted perfectly.
My question is before I run this apps2sd script does it interfere with already moved apps so that they get somehow broken?
I moved a lot back to phone memory (apps with widgets and auto startup) but the phone memory is so full that I cannot move all apps that were originally unmoveable without CM7. Do I encounter into troubles?
Running,
Samsung Galaxy Mini with tj_styles CM7 7.1.0 and OC 764 kernel.

Don't know about that ... But, it is always recommended to have app in internal storage if you are using darktremor a2sd... The dt a2sd and a2sd are diffrent and are incompatible with each other so only use either one...
You can move most apps to internal storage and backup remaining ones using titanium backup or anyother method then install/flash a2sd and then restore your apps again...
If you need help with installing a2sd read this...

Thanks!
I think I'll take full backup with titanium backup and then flash new cm7 with dt a2sd and then start to restore them.

I installed latest nightly of cm 13.... But the biggest issue that I got was my internal memory was open. It runs very low on space.... Can anyone help me to lock this again and use sd card as the default memory...
I don't wanna format it as internal... It didn't effect the condition...
Also I want to lock the multi user... As it also leads to low internal memory... Will the stock code work on it?....
Please help me with these issues... I am new here
I use spice android one...
Also I wanna know how can I support otg on my device?
