Hello. This will be my first post since I registered. I've been lurking for a bit, trying to get my Tab E 8.0 (Sprint) rooted, and xposed installed. I have narrowed it down to the framework being the ARM variety. At least I can assume that. I have 6.0.1, so with that said, that is Marshmallow right?
I install that using TRWP, and it restarts, but never gets past the Sprint Logo. Not sure why that is, but it wont' boot past that. I recover using the uninstaller, and everything is back to normal.
Is there a different type of framework for samsung tablets? Or am I just not doing something right. TIA.

The above snippet from your post is the answer.
1st, in the xPosed read-only sticky thread you'll see the following

If your samsung ROM is stock or stock based, that means it is touchwiz so you need to find the build of xPosed that the picture suggests
Next in the XDA search box type
Samsung xposed marshmallow.
Find the most authoritative looking of the threads (hint: it starts with "unofficial") read THE ENTIRE THREAD (if you don't have time to skim it, then you don't have the time necessary to do this right and should leave device modification alone). You can and will break your phone if you do it wrong, so after reading the thread you are unsure where to go from there (such as how to remove the incorrect xPosed) ask in that thread, they will be happy to help.
Second secret hint (but don't tell me I told you): the developer of the xPosed you want is AWESOME! his name is Wanam

Hello guys I am having a huge problem with my Galaxy Tab SPH-P100 7' the one for Sprint. Now I am not sure what happened but I got a "Samsung loop" screen and I decided to use "Stock Odin/Heimdall Files: Stock EF17 Tars" post to re flash the whole thing. Now after ODIN successfully flashed device now I do see Sprint animation and then I have this error. If possible you know what to do I'll be very grateful , because from tutorial above I was thinking tar+ pit should of made my device like new. But at first it looked like it did it and then BOOM .... this

I still can go to download and recovery modes and I guess it's matter of selecting proper tar+ pit ? I really don't know if possible help me out.
Thank you !
P.S.
To MOD, I post 2 identical posts because I simplyu could not find exact forum I need. Thank you for understanting
I'm in the exact same position, and I believe that it is our internal SD card that is damaged, that's why mmcblk0 (internal SD) fails to load, and why using ICS roms leads to the Encryption Unsuccessful bug.
The only solution I've found that makes sense in all possible ways is this HARDWARE fix but I'm a bit scared of trying it, so I'm currently working on a software only solution but its taking a while...
I'm on the XT1056 Sprint Moto X with unlocked bootloader, rooted, stock 4.4.2. I was trying to change my model number in my build.prop. Nothing super important; I just wanted to add the XT1056 to where it simply says Moto X. In my build.prop, it already says ro.product.model=XT1056, which of course is not what shows up in my About Phone screen. Then it says something about how that's obsolete ? Any ideas how to actually change this?

I wouldn't be editing build.prop unless its for something important, and its confirmed by others to work.
But that's just me.

That's great and all, but it doesn't really help me. Build prop editing gets done all the time, and there's no real danger with superficial changes as long as you know what you're doing. I've changed my model number before on previous devices by editing the aforementioned line. Since that doesn't seem to work on the Moto X, I'm wondering if someone can help me figure it out; A. Because I want to change it, and B. Because I want to learn how, why, and what's different from my previous devices.
I appreciate that your reply was meant to be helpful (and warning) in case I'm some kind of noob. But I'm not. I messed with it for a while, tried some searching and research, then figured I'd come to some XDA peeps for help.
Hi,
Please help me I have Note 4 N910F I use your method from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811 But Phone not starting just stay on Samsung Logo.
Have you any way to install Xposed on Note 4 N910F with Android Lollipop.
Thank you!
Xposed for Lollipop isn't working in Samsung Stock roms.
to quote the download thread by Rovo89 for Xposed Lollipop:
Read to the end this time. Please.
Xposed for Lollipop is finally here!
You can find a list with Q&A on the XDA Portal. Please read it, you will find many answers there.
Note that this is still an alpha version and for Lollipop on ARMv7+ devices only.
Please install it only if you're willing to take the risk of boot loops. Just because it's working fine and stable for me doesn't mean it will work for everyone the same way.
Downloads:
xposed-sdk21-arm-*.zip: Must be flashed with a custom recovery to install the framework.
XposedInstaller_3.0-alpha*.apk: Must be installed to manage installed modules
No, it's not using material design yet. Yes, there are more important topics for now.
XposedBridgeApi-20150213.jar: The API for module developers, in case they want to make use of some new features. Might be changed slightly until the stable release!
Known issues:
- It seems to boot loop on Samsung stock ROMs! Update: Samsung has changed quite a few things in their version of ART. It will take more time to adjust Xposed for it.

To make a long story short, a relative bought a phone off ebay that was in Retail/Demo mode and I was tasked with trying to get it out of that state by flashing a different stock ROM onto it. I used to have absolutely no issue before with older phones, but, after a few softboots with no success, I've eventually ended up reaching this far in nuking the phone, and even the IMEI in download mode is showing a 0 (though I'm not sure if that wasn't always like that).
From what I've seen the phone is certainly the Snapdragon variant, and yet there was no way to activate OEM unlocking within the phone. I know this situation is rather insane and I could be SOL but here's to hoping someone could point me in a direction to help fix this thing. I haven't tried flashing the unofficial TWRP in fear that it's going to screw over my recovery (in which I forgot to mention it works perfectly fine at the moment). Alongside with the security error, I have the secure check fail with modem displaying as well. Is there a certain ROM version that might help? I've attached a screenshot that I took right before I fell into the abyss, so hopefully that'll help (unless you can't see it out of me being new). Thanks for any replies in advance.

Hi,
It might be a silly question, because I have only sees knox-disabled ROMs so far..
But I have a S10e thats for work, with work-apps that my company controls. In the default OneUI (and Lawnchair)-launcher, I have another tab with apps called "work", and they are all locked, and it says "secured by Knox".
See here:

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So, I really want to know if I can root and install custom rom while still using it the same way as I do now?
With the work-apps etc thats "powered by Knox" I mean?
TLDR; Amy ROMs with Knox enabled?
If not, will my work-apps still work? (Look screenshot).
Thank you for reading!
Well I do know that for work whenyou install the light rom by yosh92 it will ask you if you need the Knox framework or something like that, which is used for some work apps, however this does not mean that it will work. Since tripping knox is a one way trip, you have to make sure that it works. Please ask ok the forums for light rom and for deluxe rom I believe 2 different developers, 2 different rooms but those two will have the framework and I believe deluxe rom will have some extra compatibility to knox. Remember to comment back your findings. Have a nice day!
