There is a dedicated forum for the Sprint M8 here you might want to ask there. The purpose of this forum section is to share tips and tricks for the Tasker app so your question is off topic here.
Meanwhile you might want to try to activate your phone with the airplane mode turned on, I know its doing the trick for some devices.

hey guys its howareyoudoing here just trying to find out some stuff still stuck on how to flash my htc one sprint to boost or whichever prepaid i could possibly get it on, then i ran across this video on youtube claiming that an app and a few terminal commands can SIM unlock your htc one sprint if its true then i want to try it, but i wouldn't try anything without asking the xda community so from any of your experience is this true? can i really sim unlock a htc one sprint? i highly doubt it but you never know! also can anyone help me with flashing my phone? its already rooted. please and thank you!

Just a warning in advance, you are in the wrong forum. There is a Sprint htc one forum, where you will get better help.
Since these are independent devices, you can try to do it the hard way, but to do it legitimately, I think you need to be on contract.

I am new to here and need a bit of help. I brought a htc one m7 from ebay. It seems to be a sprint phone however was supposed to be unlocked and usable in my location UK. I am having problems with it like no internet data despite being able to make calls on my tmobile network. Other restrictions include things like phone updates. Is any way that I can remove all the sprint stuff and reset the phone to make it usable.

Sorry didn't realise, how do I delete?
Sprint is CDMA network while T-Mobile is a GSM network, so both are incompatible.

I found a sprint htc one m7 and i have a tmobil contract this htc is way better than my current phone i was wondering if its possible to root the htc and convert it to tmobil and put it on my plan. Ive tried googling igy and i cant find what i need can anyone help me out?

Sprint HTC One is a CDMA phone you can't convert it to t-mobile. I think you can unlock your phone for domestic gsm, look to this thread.

You can SIM unlock your phone for international use but not for use with another domestic carrier such as AT&T. As far as sub-forums, what you see is what you get. Feel free to check out the M8 development forums.
