(MEGA Mirror) - because Baidu sucks (not that Mega is great, but hey, lots of free storage)
While only the US model has the ability to unlock the bootloader, the HW should be the same (except for the modem images and the Force Touch digitizer), so some important info can probably be pulled from these images.
cyanogenmod would be very nice.

All of the Chinese ROMs (and the A2017G B02 ROM) are now uploaded into my MEGA storage space. The link is in my signature. Downloading them from Baidu is just a terrible experience that no should have to endure.

boot.img is your kernel and ramdisk
emmc_appsboot is your aboot (bootloader), although this is not a complete bootloader, it is the part most often talked about. sbl1 and sbl2 are not included in B06 but also have more static code that changes less often

With a locked bootloader you'll probably find you can't flash any other region rom...
If you try make sure you have your stock rom on hand to reflash or you may end up with a brick...

The EU ROM is supposed to be closer to the Chinese ROM than the US ROM, as it doesn't include the stock android theme. The modem images are definitely difference. When I md5sum'ed the E07 ROM against the G-B02 ROM, there were only 2 parts the same, all of them inconsequential. The B02 ROM is also at the newer security patch level of July, like the U-B20 ROM is.

They release the full packages that contain any partition changed since launch. As @peramikic said, it doesn't include EVERY partition. That's the slight difference between a full factory rom and the full updates. The full factory image would include copies of EVERY partition to get the phone up from a blank state. The full OTA images just include everything that's changed since launch.
I also compared the OP3 released images against CM13 images for that phone, and it's basically the same setup of image files -- things like SBL1 and SBL2 just aren't included, as they aren't touched.

Right man! Just for this i try to understand if this is the right smartphone for me or not! Until 10 years i've used only my personal CustomROM with all my tweaks (my build.prop it's really big! ), but if ZTE can't give me this chance, my choice will fall on OP3!

You're right too... I hoped they were Factory Stock ROM and not OTA Updates... but I was wrong.
I hope ZTE will release the Stock ROM (full factory format, like Samsung), because i would cook my personal CustomROM (as I usually do), but I do not want to risk without having the ability to restore it!
US stock roms?

But you can root the rom now thanks to tenfar, here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/axon-7/development/wip-axon-7-root-bootloader-unlokced-t3441204
As you have root access you can alter or replace the build.prop, just not the whole rom.
Using the breakdown of the roms though it appears there are people looking for Un-officcial Bootloader unlock...
Time her may be our friend, unless ZTE wises up and unlocks them for us...

My deodexed releases aim to be as-pure-stock-as-possible, just with a magic touch of being ready for all community modifications, such as theming, debloating, customizing and so on. You should consider them as an alternative to official pure stock. Especially because they're CWM-compatible, which means that you don't need Odin in order to be up-to-date. If you're looking for a deodexed pure stock ready for theming and modding, you're in the right place. Notice to all developers: Feel free to use my deodexed release as a "base" for your ROM. Beware that the firmware is heavily debloated using Archi's debloat list (not ROMCleaner) to around 480 MB. It's also deodexed and zipalligned, includes the latest modem and busybox, and root. [ROM] CM13.0 for ZTE Axon Elite A2015 - Compatible with A2016?
I have discovered chinese developers are working on CM13.0 for A2015 version. http://www.myzte.cn/thread-263527-1-1.html It's needed to register on the chinese forum for getting the download link, but I have already downloaded and uploaded it to MEGA. https://mega.nz/#!PwJS0QpZ!SphrqNpypkaPG86oJ_RoBxuIvFRnQy38LRHk9GymSwk Can anyone try if it works on A2016? I bought it some days ago, so I'm waiting for it and I can't try it yet. Facts about this rom vs. stock rom I could read from chinese people: - Overheat - No google services - No fingerprint - Better battery performance - Faster - Very slow boot - Worst mobile coverage - Works with Xposed
The version is only for the A2015, said in post #198 (http://www.myzte.cn/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=263527&pid=3289532) "Please don't install this ROM in AXON ELITE devices. it's only for AXON A2015. "

Just to give you all an answer - no its not compatible. I've made full backup in TWRP, then wiped all partitions and made an clean install then rebooted. It stayed on ZTE bootloader screen for 15 minutes and it didn't booted. So not even passing the bootloader screen. Full restore of stock ROM was only possible after first wiping all of the partitions, then rebooting, restoring the stock ROM and even then the stock ROM didn't wanted to boot. After going into the Factory reset mode (not resetting, just getting into with Volume low button and power) I was able to power off the phone, then start it and then it finally booted back to previously restored Stock ROM. This was done on A2016 Elite model.

I've found a way to boot and run Chinese CM13 for A2015 correctly on our A2016. There is no fingerprint support! NFC have problems and you can't change lockscreen settings (use external lockscreen app works fine). Dual SIM is supported, WiFi, Caliing, Data, Sound, Camera - everything works fine. Need to sort few thing out and check the bugs if there are A2016 dependend or CM bug, since this is unofficial ROM. For the record - I'm not building CM13 myself, just made CM13 A2015 bootable on A2016 using some special files. In couple of days, I'll upload the needed files for you guys, so that you can also use it. AnTuTu gives 79k on CM13. Greetings BM

Is it possible to use the fingerprint and NFC files from the official A2016 Android 5.0 Firmware and port them to Android M? Like with the radio file (NON-HLOS.bin).

Ui is laggy
hi, thanks for this rom, installed on A510F successfully. ui is a little laggy but the rom is usable everyday
This ROM can run on A710, and it works fine. I used your files on GitHub to fix bugs, and now it works perfect.:good: Thank you bunnyy
Hi Bunny, Congratulations for this first version! You did a great job. In fact I have not found any triple crashes, any kind of problems with third-party apps, no spontaneous reboot, no jamming and / or blocking. Obviously there is still work on the front of the optimization, in fact the UI laggy in practically every sector, consumption is as anomalous (even if they are not bad to be the first version) and the recharge has problems of overheating, in addition to do not indicate if it is a fast or slow charge I hope you will continue to develop and that every month you will update the security patches, and maybe one day you will also grow into making it a LOS Official (as it was for dotOS).
hi bunny the rom is very good .but only one request please add indian volte file ..

Really looks good idea Hi! Can you please elaborate a bit. The link you have provided (filename probably in chineese) is a boot image. So, on my A7 (2016), after TWRP(which my device already has), this boot image is to be flashed - is that right? Or ROM is to be flashed then reflash this boot image? and then gapps? Are you using this device and ROM? I am worried because not a single ROM based on 8.1 for this device is working 100%. Every ROM has its own problems and benefits. Thanks and Regards Any developer, if can confirm above, please. DF11GB said: Try this,. [MOD] 70-72Hz Display Mod for OnePlus6
70-72Hz Mod for OnePlus 6! So here it is guys! Our own Display OC mod! Ever since Mi9 got one I really wanted to make one for OP6 too and after many sleepless nights and compiling various things, here it is! Let's talk about couple of things, is it safe? Mi9 users and K20 Pro users have a similar mod and they reported no screen damage so far. I will be testing this mod 24/7 and report how it affects my screen. I also used lower values just because 75Hz seemed bit unstable so this mod is pretty safe I'd say. 70Hz runs really.. well. Smoothly! Can You notice the difference? Yes! Shocking how much difference there is in 10Hz. Battery life? Probably no impact at all since the OC is pretty small. Can I flash it on 6T, santoni, vince, my new mt6580 phone?? No! Even though it won't brick Your phone, it simply won't work. Compatibility? Most likely all Pie roms, maybe even without root. How to Install: Windows Users: Extract the zip somewhere. Reboot to fastboot and plug Your phone in. Double tap on 70hz_recommended_flasher_windows.bat (Don't run it as admin) Wait till it finishes flashing. Reboot and enjoy!
