I'm still on MI9 and was wondering if I do a re-install with MI9 one-click without the SIM installed and wifi on will it still update to MJ5?
So i updated my phone now it does not detect my simcard should i reflash the firmware?
i have invalid sim card problem on y xperia z after lollipop update any help plz
@jayc94 Have you tried plugging the sim in and out?
Kidding. You probably flashed a firmware for the wrong phone or wrong region. Try another FW like NCB customization or germany.
my phone is unrooted i can't root it kingoroot not working for me,,, i'm on lollipop update
Hi there good morning all. I recently purchased an Xperia Z online C6606 the T-Mobile version. I live in Guyana so I unlocked the phone and used it. The problem is that I followed some advice and switched the firmware from 6606 to 6616 and am currently using 4.4.4. The firmware works fine however when I upgrade to lollipop I lose cell reception for some reason. I tried the 6603 firmware and encountered the same problem. I'm wondering if the baseband may be the issue however flashing that does not seem to work with flashtool. The baseband version seems to remain the same. I really want to use lollipop. Any advice?
Regards
So i bought this Z4 dual and it was a new phone with warranty and everything , I haven't changed anything in the device no root no customize
Running lolipop 5.0.2
No basband version, OTG not working, not receiving OTA updates.
I just dont understand why am having these issues
The phone is locked on the network, but sim is working( i have to pay a fee or they will cut off my IMEI) and wifi is working

Anyone?
Did you try it to update it with Xperia Companion in a PC? Maybe you can solve your problems with that.
Mine come with Lollipop and I update it with Xperia Companion to Marshmallow.
