I'll be jealous if you get yours first but at least I'll know that mine isn't too far behind

I live in a military community and the gamestop here seems to be a lot better than others that I have been around. They seem to go the extra mile with preorders from what I have seen. Like call of duty and other big games that friends have pre ordered I have heard about them calling saying when it's ready for pickup.

Off topic but do they ship quickly? I won't be home to see my new device till the 20th if it indeed is out by then but I'm debating whether to order my screen protector from them. Been disappointed by ghost armor lately. High prices and the last 4 or so purchases from them have had little dots that stay that never manifested in the previous 5 or so protectors from them.

Glad I got mine early!

Yeah, I checked a few days ago for the heck of it and it said "Ships in 3-4 weeks," but yesterday it started saying "Coming soon!" So ridiculous. I would have preferred they waited an extra month to stock-pile their units rather than proceed with a borked launch. Water under the bridge...

Seems like they've only stopped selling the 16GB to the whiners in the US. Good so that other parts of the world get a chance. I'm in the US so don't nag me.

Troll fail. This is a US based device, as other countries don't even get to use the main reason the Nexus was even released: the Play Store.

True to an extent, but many countries do. (e.g. Australia)

I got mine at a local Staples. They seem to get small shipments in every week and not many people would think of them as the go to place to get the nexus.

Thats exactly how i got mine, i was randomly browsing my local office depot when i saw they the sign that they had 5 devices on stock , btw this was on release date .

Last Wednesday I ordered two 16GB models. The shipping status was listed as "ships 2 to 3 weeks"
They arrived Friday morning. Something is really out of whack with the status

My nexus 7 asked me to confirm the "thumbs up / thanks" I just gave you due to your post being from an un natural entity that could be maliciously disguising itself as "Piece of Fruit" it said. I hesitated to say thanks to an APPLE user .....lmao but I continued anyway since ive known ya for a while now.

Lol. Maybe I was just disguising myself as an android user the past couple years to trick everyone when I switched back to Apple.... You just got caught! Actually first iPhone and date I say I'm really liking it right now, but we'll see when verizon finally decides to release the nexus 6 I may change my mind. They haven't announced anything about it yet.

I'm due for a jump upgrade and can get the nexus 6 for $0 down due to credit by financing and adding to my bill but no one has them in stock since preorders are keeping them on back order. But if I order online or even at the store I have to pay half down until I physically trade my phone when the nexus arrives. This close to Xmas I cant take a chance on it not coming in and my reimbursement not back by Xmas. So I'll wait till after or the back order preorders catch up.

Did anyone else pre-order and get one of the free things? I think i did mine right though the worker at the tmobile store made me paranoid. I did it though the tmobile site and got a number. Wondering if anyone else did and how they did it. Plus any way to possibly follow up on it

Clarifications. So I started and T-mobile and apparently for the last part it redirected me to samsung promotions opps. Though how does one check the claim and has anyone gotten theirs yet?

I submitted the claim about 1pm on Thursday, it was approved by 5pm, and by this morning I had shipping confirmation email and the FedEx tracking shows delivery on Tuesday. Less than a week turnaround for the sd card. Pretty solid by Samsung.

Am I being too picky

Might be my OCD kicking in but here is my V2. Looks like the blue film isn't positioned correctly and is showing a small strip of the rose gold under the glass. It's bugging me a bit. It's a $940 device after all so I feel I should be 100% happy with it. I'm afraid this would affect resale value as well.

It's not reflection guys. The other side does not have this problem. I'm going to return it. Im also having power charging issue. I'll just have to wait till they're available for sale again or exchange it if the store near me gets them.

I spoke to support earlier and they said they are allowing upgrade purchase for note 7 in their system again. So I would need to return my note 7 for a full refund and call customer service and do a phone upgrade again.

True I could do that too but I like the convenience of getting the phone sent to me, no restocking fee, and 20 day return period just in case. But if the store near my work has enough then I might walk in lol.

Update
Got my replacement and it's perfect. No imperfections so far and I just notice the old one had a pinkish screen. Also the new one came with the latest OTA and there's a pink round sticker on the box. Not sure what that's for.
