hello,
I once installed xposed on LG G3 via recovery before the updated version.
it was working, but only when i changed to permissive.
now with the updated xposed, when i try to install from the app itsef it says my phone not compatible.
"Xposed is not (yet) compatible with android SDK version 21 or your preccessor architecture (armeabi - v7a)
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE: could not load library "libdvm.so" needed by "/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/chache/app_proccess"; caused by library "libdvm.so" not found"
i saw other writing about their d855.. it means the problem is on my phone?
anybody had this issue too?
also i cant remove xposed, says it cant find a backup.
thanks !
I am by no means an expert so the following is only related from my experience,no warranty is implied or given, but this was the first rom I have flashed etc and I only did it last night
Once I put lollipop on to my phone as per this post xposed would not install via the app itself after reading the various threads I found this
[OFFICIAL] Xposed for Lollipop followed the instructions and xposed was installed.
Not sure if I went wrong somewhere but this threw up an issue with lgquickcover not working , some more reading found this booted to recovery using the power/volume key method and flashed the zip from here and the issue was resolved
I think it is worth mentioning xposed is only at alpha at the moment and as such some modules ( in particular g3tweaks I miss it ) do not work
working here. (lg g3, d855, blisspop v2.1 with selinux status already set to permissive)
xposed should say
Xposed on LG G3 D855 - error armeabi and libdvm.so - update ?
hi there,
any update regard this ?
I'm able to install / uninstall the "Xposed install" app but, cant get it install/update due to those errors:
Xposed is not (yet) compatible with android SDK version 21 or your preccessor architecture (armeabi - v7a)
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE: could not load library "libdvm.so" needed by "/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/chache/app_proccess"; caused by library "libdvm.so" not found"
a[[_process - 58
xposedbridge.jar - 54
Phone is root
Android 5.0
core 3.4.0
V20h-ISR-XX
is there a workaround or something ?

as i can see in the picture you are using CWM. I did it with TWRP. you can try....
hi @ludstr and @rhystagram
i found another solution. you need to install xposed for lollipop 5.1 instead of xposed 5.0. here is the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/super-alpha-posted-permission-xposed-t3072979
Hi , I once flashed xposed in my g3/D855 stock rom and get cover error so I renamed lgcover.apk in twrp recovery and problem solved , now I changed my rom into cm12.1 and NOT instaled xposed , is there any way that I can make my smart cover work again ? if not would restoring to stock rom make the cover work again or ... ?

As I can see you don't have a custom recovery, like TWRP, first you need to do is root "if your phone is rooted then skip this" then download an app called "Flashify" then go to this thread and download the latest TWRP and make sure it is unziped, http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/orig-development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-2-8-2-0-t2966129
then open Flashify, Grant for root access, then select flash recovery and then select the recovery boot.img file and flash it after that you should be OK.
then try and flash the xposed framework zip and you should be good to go
hope this helped you
PS see this before flashing xposed

Hello,
I'm running a rooted Lollipop 5.0.1 ("LRX22C.WW_epad-V12.14.1.17_20150713 044030454_201502120108") on my ASUS MemoPad 7 (ME572C) (WiFi + LTE) and I'd like to install the "Xpose for Lollipop" framework to it.
Therefore I downloaded the necessary files ("XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk" and "xposed-v72-sdk-x86.zip"). Installation of the apk was no problem, but I ran into problems when trying to install the zip. It seems that I only can install it via a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP. And to install one of this it's presupposed to have an unlocked bootloader. But I learned that it is currently impossible to unlock the bootloader officialy.
So I tried the following to install the zip without having a custom recovery:
tried the apps "Flashify (for root users)" and "[ROOT] Rashr - Flash Tool" without success. Flashify reports to have installed the zip but when I opened a file browser to check if the files were copied into the system folder or its subfolders they were not copied. And Rashr just installs zips when a custom recovery is installed
tried to copy the zip contents manually to the system folder and its subfolders with my "TotalCommander" file browser without success because writing access to that folder were denied
tried to copy the zip contents manually to the system folder and its subfolders with the root file browser of my "ROM Toolbox Pro". I was able to copy the files, but after restart it seems that the Memo Pad is stuck in a boot loop AFTER displaying the INTEL logo
Now I'm of the opinion, that I need to install a custom recovery. But how do I do that without unlocking the bootloader? There must be a way because I saw articles in the internet saying that they have flashed such a recovery but don't telling how.
Is there someone who can tell me how I do that?
Hello all recently I was trying to install a custom ROM for dell streak 7 via twrp but all ROMs i`ve used so far has updater script error except pa gapps nano ROM that installs flawlessly but it can't be booted. So I'm stuck on dell boot logo and my USB port is not working at all. Before I tried to install any ROM I backed up user data to SD card but not system files via twrp due to the need for wiping everything. I didn't realise that that the backup option is for system files also. So does anyone has a backup folder of honeycomb 3.2 suitable to restore via twrp recovery for dell streak 7 WiFi to share with me please? I can't find any custom ROM anywhere that can be installed via twrp on my ds7. Streakdroid site is out of existence now.
Please help me
Thank you.
update
Nevermind I found correct files on site with a different language ?
I have installed TWRP 3.2.1-0 on a stock T713XXU2BRB2 ROM on my SM-T713 using Odin. Could not get Heimdall to work.
I am familiar with LineageOS which I have on a Nexus 7 and HTC One M8 Dual Sim.
When I try to wipe the system I get "Could not mount /data and unable to find crypto footer........." and "Unable to mount storage....."
Not looking good!
Despite this, I tried installing lineage-15.1-20180423-nightly-gts28vewifi-signed and open_gapps-arm64-8.1-pico-20180409 using TWRP.
I had the same errors "Could not mount /data......." and so on.
Not looking at all good!
When LineageOS boots, I get this error "Encryption unsuccessful" "Encryption was interrupted and can't complete. As a result, the data on your tablet is no longer accessible"
Presumably this means I need to reformat some of the partitions. to get rid of old encryption.
How best can I do that?
I think I have found the answer here
I did not follow all the instructions, I just did this:
Boot to TWRP recovery
Format Data partition using FORMAT DATA button under Wipe options.
(Note: This will wipe the internal storage)
DO NOT REBOOT
I then pushed the LineageOS image and opengaps image to the /sdcard/ and installed them.
LineageOS came up, I am now waiting for the Checking for Updates.....

Did you figure it out?
Did you root it t713 with latest nougat update? NRD90M.T713XXU2BRB2?
I did not need to root it, I used Odin to install the T713XXU2BRB2 Stock ROM because I had soft bricked it. Then I installed LineageOS as above using adb and TWRP.
All working fine now.
Cheers

How did you install TWRP? did you install it having the latest T713XXU2BRB2 on it?
Yes, I was lazy and installed it from Odin (I am a linux man, had to fire up my old Windoze XP on a netbook) having got the T713XXU2BRB2 installed, then used adb to push LineageOS and openGapps pico to the tablet, then into recovery and installed from there. Went like clockwork in the end.
Hello,
I successfully rooted my LG H872 last night and installed a custom ROM (AquariOS 9.0 if you're curious), and everything was working good. But I didn't install Gapps and I was trying to get the fingerprint scanner to work, so I downloaded and installed the Gapps and the Nougat Bootloader (which is necessary for the fingerprint scanner to work). Well, after that I can't boot to OS. I even flashed a Stock Oreo ROM with no luck. Can't go to Download mode or fastboot.
I noticed that I can't mount data partition on TWRP, and I tried to repair and change file system but it ends with an error.
And yes, I did a full backup before all this mess and I try to recover it but at the end it says "Failed to mount '/data' (Device or resource busy)"
Is there any sugestion to restore my phone?
Thanks!
