creepy... looking at your phone list. i was on the heroc, then the epic 4g.. now the g2.. had all intentions of getting the nexus s but then they announced the specs...

I figure they're pretty much on the same level as far as specs (differences are just SAMOLED vs 4G, notification LED, and matte finish) and I can get a G2 for like $300 less, so it just sold itself. I'll probably be getting one of the "next generation" phones this spring/summer when they hit, so I might as well save a bunch of cash now and still get a great device.

I did a search and haven't found anything anywhere related to this. Has anyone heard anything about development and alternately does anyone know anybody currently working on it that might accept donations to speed things up?

As far as I know, it's not available yet. The devs are stil trying to get AOSP running bug free with everything working from what I have read. I'm sure someone will pick it up once AOSP is fixed though and dev MIUI. Most of the devices tend to have at least one dev/team working on MIUI from what I have noticed.

Yeah I've noticed that myself in the past. I've always been an avid MIUI user when I have had Android devices so it I guess I'm excited and anxious lol.

I could try and Port MIUI with a Sense base, and to keep the HTC Camera app and gallery, this thing was done before on my former HTC Sensation XL, but things can get ugly anyway.

Would be great, so we can keep the features of the camera and zoe !? Looking forward to see miui beauty on a htc one

This has been done before, don't know if it will work on Sense 5 as my experience involved Sense 3.6, but hey, we'll see.

this isn't even official, they just included the latest HTC devices that they could remember and forgot about the Butterfly s. One X and X+ has lowest chance of update out of them unfortunately...
Really hate this site, it's a business site not a tech site and the auto-play video at the side is extremely annoying.

I certainly hope this is not true and looking forward to have the update on HTC Butterfly S to Kitkat... hopefully by next year 1st quarter?

A month with this phone and absolutely no regrets. It's like an undiscovered island. I just hope a passing ship will throw us a kit kat.

this is a great phone and i think it deserves more.. =( our small community and how htc is still pushing its flagship htc one is so sad.

i is a bit disappointing but that's what i wanted them to do. I see so many comments when the Butterfly s was announced "this is why i will not buy another HTC, they dilute their flagships..." even more than people complaining about no removable battery...
An Asia-only device like this will get priority after the One.

this ROM have problem on sensation , i tested also you see there are many many post for problem with this ROM.
Try to find another way.

Hope that comes soon. The Sensation XL is a pretty nice phone donno why it has been ignored so much. Its large screen would do wonders for KITKAT.

There's no point at all saying something sucks. In your opinion, it sucks but from the point of view of certain person, they can afford and prefer buying using Apple products.

I was answering tho the original poster of that very thread.
And this is because your opinion is different from others that you shoul respect it by not using an objective tone. You do not have to say that it sucks (especially without giving any valid argument), but it is acceptable to say that, you do not appreciate Apple devices and system.

HAHA. My bad. I'm all about vibes. I just didn't know if anyone knew there was an M9 forum already.
To be honest, I don't care about the M9 other than the Sense 7. I just got my M8 and haven't even done anything with it. I am still reading around and trying to inform myself before taking the step. Last HTC I had was the evo 3D.

Let the mods decide if this gets moved. I put this in the Sprint section because not everyone goes to the main m8 forums. Also the m9 section that was just created is for the international m9, so again not everyone will be going over there once the Sprint section is created.
