I am going to buy nexus 5x and i wanted to buy official adopted case from google store but i heard that it doesn't fit when you add tempered glass(spigen 9h)
Do you maybe know for sure that it can't fit, and is there any good quality tempered glass that can match with good case like adopted(must have good protection)?
What about spigen case and spigen tempered glass together, i heard that they match but that spigen case gives you small protection against drops?
Please help me, my phone comes in 2 weeks and i have to buy some protection until that time

I have the Adopted felt case and while it's my favorite case by far, it absolutely won't work with any TGSP I've tried (Spigen Glas.tr, Intelliarmor, Pleson). I ended up going with a Nillkin hard case and a TGSP (a combo I really like), reasons being the screen on the 5X seems to scratch pretty easily and I'd rather have a blemish-free screen than the Adopted case.

I don't have the folio case, just the bumper.
Oneplus 3 is a beautiful device and we all know to protect screen we need to apply a Tempered Glass. So my first TG for OP3 was Orzly. I know some of you dont prefer is due to dot matrix grid / rainbow affect. But for me it was not a problem. Also if you are unhappy with Orzly there is always Ultimate Shield TG which also a full screen TG. Problem with full screen TGs are most of them doesn't support cases specially hybrid cases. After buying some well known case, i've always found that they dont fit well with full screen TGs. But i've found cheap but really high quality Chinese hybrid case which fit well with full screen TGs :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:. So in this thread i will share which cases does support and which doesn't. You guys always welcome to post same thing to help other.. Which supports and which doesn't..

Yes buddy it does fit. I guess you just have to know hot to put your case on.
Take a look.
Everything is fine at the corners. The case is over the glass on every corner.

Not trying to start a fight or anything, just maybe some people want to buy this case and by reading your post they will avoid
the Tudia Merge case, a good case by the way, with lots of colors to cheer you up.
And i have to mention that once you know how to, you can take it off and put it back in under one minute.
I'm with crazykas on this one. I thought i had my merge over the tg but with a lot of in and out of pockets it finally popped off.

annoyingly orzly flexi case + orzly tgsp = a load of crap, the case pops the screen of,f how did they not take into account the two products being used together, very disappointing.
Just bought orzly tgs and orzly bumper case. Not 100% compatible but if you pay a lot of attention you can manage to put the cover over the glass. Have particular attention to the corner.
I will test it in the next days..

I think that for example if want to use the orzly grip or the tudia merge case, one other solution would be using a TGSP that does not cover the entire screen, like the first Nilkkin TGSP.So were the case ends the Screen protector will begin.
Just a theory.

I tried the Pleson TGSP, it was craaaaap. Didn't fully adhere to the screen at the top-left corner, I could feel the little gap between it and the screen when I touched it. Just as bad, it partially blocked the front-facing camera....I haven't seen a well-reviewed TGSP for the OP3 yet, at least none that didn't seem like they weren't bought from the company selling the protectors "in exchange for an unbiased review"
I went with the IQ Shield, and while I don't know that it would fare as well as tempered glass in something like a fall or direct impact to the screen, it's plenty scratch resistant for my needs (I keep it in my front pocket), goes on very easily, doesn't feel like it's going to come off unless I really try/want it to, and fits great with the Spigen Rugged Armor case I've got. The IQ Shield and the ArmorSuit look a lot a like in terms of the design and what they're intended for (scratch resistance vs. shatter resistance you'd find with a TGSP.)
Regarding the case, I've got both the Rugged Armor and the Neo Hybrid, and I like the Neo Hybrid just a little bit better. It feels a tiny bit more durable than the Rugged Armor, I think owing to the plastic bumper around the edge of the phone/case. It's not the Slim Armor that I had with my Nexus 5 in terms of rigidity, but either one should do you just fine if you like Spigen products. I'll probably end up switching back and forth periodically between the two, anyway.

I've had my Ringke Fusion case for a while now and I wanted to try out new case like the Supcase with the buit-in Screen Protector. However, I have already installed a tempered glass screen protector on my phone. My question is, could I still use the case without using the built-in screen protector? I know there is another type of supcase case that doesn't have a built in screen protector but I just don't feel the clear back anymore. Hope someone would give me some info about my concern. Would highly appreciate if you give your thoughts about the case as well. Thanks!

I have this case. The built in screen protector looks easy enough to remove cleanly. I'd imagine the phone would fit, possibly snug, inside the case.

Hey, I don't have a 5x, but I have a 6p with this same brand of case, and I have it installed over my intelliglass tempered screen protector. I just took a razor blaze and removed the plastic screen protector from the case. As long as you don't rush it, it removes just fine without leaving any of the plastic screen behind. Fits great over the tempered glass too. I'm going to be buying a 5x for my mom soon cause she needs a new phone to replace her cheap $50 crappy straight talk phone, and I'm gonna be buying a tempered glass screen protector and i-Blason case for it (very similar to the unicorn beetle pro) and I'll be doing the same thing with that one.
Enough said. I got an almost new OnePlus 3T from ebay, and I would like to keep it that way as long as I can. In your experience, what encasing offers the best protection? It came with a leather case, but while it looks nice, I don't think that it does a lot to protect the device, not least because the cover can't be locked, so that if it should fall, the cover might easily swing open and the device fall on its display.
I use the Rugged Armor case by Spigen. It's the best cover I used in my experience of many cases, ranging from OtterBox to cheap knockoffs. It protected my phone from a drop down a staircase once and has fallen on to tar roads many times. It's definitely the best one out there, and I use Spigen's Tempered Glass along with it too.

There are two other Spigen cases for the 3/3T by Spigen which are the Hybrid Case and the Neo Armor Case, which aren't as good as the Rugged Armor and are more towards the side of looks rather than protection.

Finally found screen protectors that truly fit. Turns out they're a xiaomi product. Anyway, got them from wish.
Im curently on my third tpu case that doesnt really fit my PF1...Anyone have suggestions for a clear tpu case that completely fits over the edges of the phone?
