Hi, I have a Moto X with 4.4.4 original rom (eu.fr) on ART, today I was updating Monument Valley when the phone turned off and got stuck on "M logo" boot screen.
I tried to wipe the cache partition through recovery but it got stuck there too.
Any other way, before trying factory reset?
...Nope, had to hard reset... Luckily it worked, at least for now. Hope not to see the same error on further reboots.
Kind advice: do not install Momument Valley under ART.
my moto g2 xt1068 running on stock android L 5.02, suddenly got stuck in a boot loop and was unable to boot. I tried all the recovery options including a factory reset, but in vain. Finally i downgraded to stock kitkat 4.4.4 after unlocking the bootloader. Now it starts up and runs fine until i try and log into my google account or install a few apps, in which case it goes into boot loop again ..... i am suspecting a few bad blocks in the internal memory....can anybody please help me???
Hello I am pretty new to this forum but I have a serious problem with my phone.
I installed Cyanogenmod (cm-12.1-20151117-SNAPSHOT-YOG7DAO1K9-falcon.zip) and everything worked perfectly. After that, I put open gapps. (open_gapps-arm-5.1-mini-20160311.zip) and nothing worked anymore. I had a boot loop and could not get to recovery.
So I tried this guide (How to restore Moto G (1st Gen) from softbrick after Android 5.0 Lollipop update on InternationalBusinessTimes ) which did not help. After that, my phone shows a android symbol with a red exclamation mark when I try to get to recovery mode and for normal boot, it still shows only the bootunlock warning.
I rooted my moto g a while ago and put a custom rom on it (titan prime or something) and it was all working well until the other day i turned it on and now it seems to be stuck in a bootloop i think (infinite loading screen). when trying to enter the recovery twrp thing it gets stuck at the loading screen for that as well
can anyone tell me if this problem is fixable or is my phone just broken
thanks
Did you format and wipe cache before i stalling new rom? Normally that is not then such kind of issues come.
Hey guys, I have a problem
I installed ARISE + Viper4android with twrp and now every time I reboot my phone it appears an error message, written: there is an internal problem with your device, and it may be unstable until you factory data reset
I have a rooted Moto G 2014 (XT1069) with stock ROM
Should I worry? What would that message be?
