Hello,
first: YES I did everything with the cache and davlik. YES I did a reinstall of the game and YES I did deleted everything related to the app. YES the app has accssess to everything. I turned off this privacy thing for Heartstone.
HAving this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...g800f-m-y-cyanogenmod-13-0-g800f-m-y-t3234909
I have issues with Heartstone: The sound is robotic and distorted.
I have this problem only with heartstone; everything else (Music, Clash of Clans and some other games) are working absoluteley fine.
Any ideas how to fix that?

Hey guys.
I'm having some trouble with the audio playback on my N1. If i start the music player, after 20-30 minutes it pauses the playback. It doesn't close the app, it just pauses. I can unlock the screen and press play again. The music player clearly is on pause because the time label blinks.
This started happening after 2 weeks of installing frf50. Now i'm on frf91 (came as OTA). Do you guys know why and if there's a solution?
In case there's none, can you please guide me how to wipe all the cache on the phone so i can factory reset it after?
Thanks.
PS: Running services: ListenService (Google Listen), Comment Service (Wordpress), StartAlarm_Service (EasyMoney), BatteryIndicatorService (Battery Indicator Pro), NetCounterService (Net Counter), FancyRefreshService (Fancy Widget), UpdateService (Pure Calendar Widget), Google Messaging Service (Google Services Framework), GenieRefreshService (News and Weather), MediaPlaybackService (Music), Smartkeyboard (Smart keyboard Pro).
Today, when i was getting ready to leave home, I started the music player and after putting the phone into my pocket (3 seconds) the music stopped in the same manner. While i was on my way home, everything worked ok.
Ok, maybe nobody has this problem.
Could you at least help me by explaining what cache do i need to clear before/after the factory reset. I don't really understand that stuff.
Thanks.
Nobody?!?!
Can't believe nobody is able to explain to me how to wipe the cache or at least point me to a thread that explains this.
I read about wiping the cache when you root and install a custom rom, but i would appreciate if someone can explain if the wiping is OK when doing a factory reset.
When should that be done... little details like this.
Thanks.
I've had this same problem. My player will stop randomly on me in music, Google Listen and Stitcher. I would doubt it's limited to just theses applications. I am pretty new to the Android thing too, just got an N1 about three weeks ago.
Not sure about the cache thing but you're not the only one having this issue.
It isn't a cache issue, wiping it probably won't help.
It is most likely your headphones. Specifically the plug in the phone. It is triggering the playback controls. The headset that came with the NExus has extra controls that send signals back to the phone, people have seen those being triggered accidentally with other headphone plugs, or when inserting or removing the plug.
Try playing without a headset when you have the time, I bet it won't stop randomly on you.
It could be that the plug is a little loose, or there is a small short in the wires. I would recommend trying different headphones.
I have this same problem, blocking headset commands didn't help (i was wondering if erroneous headset commands were being sent or something) but it happens both on bluetooth and wired, so it seemed unlikely.
I noticed in your listed services that Google Listen is listed. I ran a logcat on my phone for a few hours while listening to music until the pause suddenly happened. I looked at the log and what is happening is Google Listen kicks on to check if there are any podcasts in your queue that should be downloaded in the background. At the same time it also registers for media button events and requests audio focus for some reason even though it's just in the background - when it requests audio focus it causes other media players to pause.
I submitted this as a bug report to the Google Listen discussion group, but honestly, who knows if or when it will be fixed. I don't know of a work around other than uninstalling Google Listen.

Hey guys,
So i have a really annoying problem. Im running firmware 6xxx with viper 7.01. I have a problem where randomly my phone stops making sound on notifications, calls and alarms. If i play media it works fine but everything else makes no noise. Then it'll randomly start again or i need to reboot it. It seems to regularly happen after i charge it. The problem is it has happened with ARHD as well. Both ROMS have had full wipes before i flashed them. Anyone have any ideas, it is a very annoying problem.
Thanks.
Ask in the ROM thread.
OK so I have had the nexus 6 since mid-November. All was working perfectly until I noticed when my phone started playing Spotify, and no audio came out of either speaker. Facebook has audio, (except for videos), some random apps have sounds that work, and my phone ringer and notifications still work. So far, from using as little apps as I use, spotify, YouTube, and other random apps don't play audio at all. I have tried rebooting and wiping everything from the phone. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
(And no, I have never dropped it in or near water, let alone dropped this phone anywhere)
(And I have never rooted it either, its running 5.0.1 atm)
thanks again for letting me be an idiot and resolve it
OK so literally as soon as I posted this, I figured I'd try trivia crack to see if it worked (hadn't played in a week or so). Now everything works as soon as I opened the game. So if your speakers have this problem try opening trivia crack!

I am facing a similar issue, though it isn't as bad as yours. My phone speaker doesn't work for calls and music but it works for the alarm. I suspect its due to the software. I am planning to custom rom my stock xperia zr.
Same issue
I am having the same issue since two weeks. the audio is intermittent sometimes it does not even work. Last night it worked fine. I was watching videos on YouTube and no issue. I got calls in the morning and no issue. all of a sudden everything stopped working again. I tried reseting the phone repaired the phone from PC Companion as instructed by SONY Support but the issue is still persistant
Stock Z3 running Android 9
Issue #1 the power button is very unresponsive.
Issue #2 No option to wipe cache partition. Is there another way to do this because the option isn't in the recovery menu on this phone.
Issues #3 & 4 - This is weird. I was listening to YT Music using bluetooth yesterday and the music randomly stopped. I didn't pay much attention to it at the time but later realized that none of the media audio was working. I turned off BT, tried different apps, force closed all running apps, checked all audio settings, and still nothing. The front speaker still works because it will play ringtones. I rebooted, reset app permissions, cleared cache on all running apps. Moto Mod speakers will not play media audio either. Also, noticed that the phone will no longer fast charge either. This is the first time this has happened so I'm thinking it's somehow related. I tried multiple chargers and cables and it charged extremely slow, so slow that the battery percentage would not go up while plugged in with the screen on. I didn't get it wet or anything unusual. This morning, I reconnected my BT speaker and audio still plays but still no sound at all on the phone or Mods.
The audio issue is probably the most important for me to fix. I can live with the rest. Anyone have any suggestions or similar problems?

Have you tried a factory reset on the device cause it could have a bad file somewhere in the firmware
