I have an X80 Power (B2N3). In Android mode I am able to connect it to my PC as media storage. But in Win10 mode it doesn't work. Any idea how I can fix this?
My PC is running Win7.

[Q] PC won't mount Nook/SD card

I don't know what happened but neither my Win7 x64 nor my Win7 x32 machines will mount my disks on the NC.
I am rooted with market access and I think it was working after I ran the "auto config script" but, not sure?
When I plug in to USB port the PC's load the drivers correctly and I see it in "adb devices" but the Nook never goes into USB MODE and no disks show in Explorer?
Any help on this before I do a full reset would be appreciated.

CM 11 and Windows 8 USB connection?

Can't seem to connect to Windows 8 through USB. It chimes and the Touchpad says connected as a media device. But I don't see it in Windows. Tried checking and unchecking MTP in storage settings and nothing.

Try this
1. Go into Device manager. You will see "MTP USB Device" under portable devices.
2. Right Click it and select update driver software
3. Select Browse my computer for driver software.
4. Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer

How to Get into Bios section in my laptop

this is tricky I am on linux mint and after installaling the mint the machine simply do not allow me to enter the Bios menu option from cmos section no matter f1 or f11 of f10 or whatever combination of keys you may suggest. You can a get into Cmos by pressing the recovery button when you restart you computer but then you cannot access the menu.
The lenevo g580 fails to recognize windows geneuine software cd.dvd with 8.1 or usb media with window 7/8/8.1. while the same works ok with other device. The laptop only recognize the software it is installed on linux mint 17 and ubantu 1404 but not the windows 8 created on same time.
I have updated the bios but it happened later. I do not have a faulty keyboard or mousepad I have checked it out. lenevo g580 model, model 20157 4gb of RAM and intel 4000 graphic card.
Since I am unable to use windows I cannot flash the bios file which is in exe format not recognized by linux. I got ISO format on lenevo but that is for other device. Wine software cannot work how should it be done. any ideas. I do not want change the motherboard when every thing else is working fine.

Can't Use USB File Transfer - Android Driver indicates failure

Hi - For a long time, my OP3T worked fine when I would connect the USB to do file transfers.
However, for a few weeks now, USB File Transfer stopped working. on my home PC. I know that there must be some issue with my PC because USB File Transfer works fine with my Win10 work PC.
PTP transfer seems to work OK on the Home PC. When I look at the Other Devices >> Android in Win10 Device Manager, there is a exclamation point indicating a driver failure. I have tried installing/reinstalling the official OnePlus USB drivers, but no luck.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
¿GJ?

MTP working drivers for Windows XP (UMDF)

If you have problems from any Android 4.0 an higher to connect to Windows XP MTP & PTP in yellow question mark you can download Microsoft User Mode Driver Framework 1.0 and last work 1.9 for Windows XP without Windows Media Player 11 to work Samsung/LG/SONY/Huawei/Xaomi/Nokia/BlackBerry/Motorola. I highly recommened install Windows Media Player 10/11 because some programs like Samsung Kies/Kies 3/SmartSwitch not work at all to update android without PC Windows XP if you not update you phone with your router (PC faster update even Windows XP update connect USB even 2.0 than update connect you Wi-Fi). Also recommened install Visual C++ 2010/2012 to connect some program like HiSuite 10.0.0.510 still work Windows XP. Do you help you?
I recommened also install exFAT for Windows XP.
