You will have to download the firmware you are using now and will have to use Huawei update extractor to extract recovery.img
Both these you can just google and find easily imo.
Or you can use the tool mentioned here to find a firmware for your phone, whichever works best
http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-7/general/huawei-firmware-finder-team-mt-t3469621/page1
Lemme know if you need more help.

What is the firmware you are running now? Is it MM or LP?
You need to flash the recovery of the firmware you are using.
I guess flashing MM recovery won't hurt as all recoveries are same but I am still learning and this is just a guess so flash the recovery of the firmware you are using now.

That's why I said, it's just a guess, I have to make sure of it first.
I am not sure how I got this idea but it is in my mind, just need to try it out now.

Yes, it can work, but it's better to flash the recovery that matches the ROM, to avoid any hassle

In the case, you don't get it, download mm firmware and use Huawei update extractor to extract recovery.img yourself.
He Can't Flash downgraded Recovery he should match Recovery With His Stock Version !. otherwise might brick device !.

cause you need to start somewhere... and if i would have a nougat base i would use it xD but this phone doesnt have one... so starting with android6.0 and going forward by adding changes necessary to bopt cm14... then adding fixes...
but firstly i need to know if twrp is fine ( would mean kernel is ok )

The requested recovery.
Is so hard to search? I find it here too!
@voidzero Can you add it to your site?

The 3.0.2.1 was not starting! Maybe because of so much compression.
Just 3.0.2.0 was booting fine!

I was not being rude, I was asking why you are on a subforum for a phone completely different hardware wise to yours, thus making anything you post about the phone irrelevant on this subforum.

Take care that from MM the firmware don't allow anymore to just use "fastboot boot ..." U need to use htc_fastboot and it have to be flashed in order to use it.
Also the other phones from HTC like M8 is A9 or other do the same, U can see in there specific threads.
I will like to help but mine is also in service (broken lcd).
Respect !

nah it doesnt must be flashed to use it... if you htc_fastboot boot recovery.img then the recovery.img will be loaded to ram and then booted.... not flashing anything ^^

Try this one mate, I'm not responsible for any bricking. I'm not entirely sure if the recovery has to match with the firmware
