One week ago, I was using my phone as usual when suddenly froze and I pulled the battery, then I was stuck in boot loop so I decided to go into download mode and reflash it, but I accidentally flashed H811N instead of H811H , now my phone is hard bricked !! " No charging / No download mode / Nothing at all " , is there any way to fix it ?

Yes I tried but I got some errors ! I don't know why, I think it might be because of I did not find a stock dump (img) of H81110H ?
What errors did you get? Which build did you use?
Also, try this. It doesn't look like he has the system.img available, but you could always try to pull it out of the kdz. There's some directions online.

Thanks a lot for your answer, what it really happened that I manged to make it boot to bootloader for the first time, then I tried to flash the KDZ file, but it stuck on 9% giving me an error, then I tried to go to download mode again but now it gives me blank screen !! ..

Were you able to try the files I gave you there?
And do you know which error it gave you? You might want to try to fastboot a recovery (put a recovery in the same folder as your adb and fastboot, name it recovery.img, run command "fastboot boot recovery.img", then installing a rom from the recovery), although I haven't tried his method yet so I am not sure if that is even possible.

I actually the error was about flashing a different version then I tried for another time gave an error of different size of firmware.
When I try to connect the phone to my computer, it appeares as "qhsusb_bulk" and doesn't recognize the phone.
Now I can't turn it on or charge it, or even getting to download mode ! ??
Try using the Google Android adb drivers. Keep trying different USB ports until it works.

Something similar happened on my G2 at one point, so everything I'm saying is going off that.
Firstly, what was the situation of your phone prior to this? Was it rooted? Did it tend to overheat? What are the first three numbers on your serial number?

Well I did a really strange thing, in which I put my phone in the freezer, and I got into the download mode again. When I start to flash the KDZ file, I got an error " Erro Code = 0x2000, TOT antirollback version is smaller than device version. " , any ideas how can I solve it ?

That usually means you were on marshmallow and tried to downgrade to lollipop. You sure you had lollipop?

At this point, I'd recommend trying the method with every version on opensource.lge.com newer than the version you tried that gave you the previous error.

So a few hours ago, i tried to flash the value pack (XXKQB) ROM on my Galaxy S Plus,it started normally but sort of freezed on ˝setupconnection˝
The phone was still in download mode,and after about 20 minutes of siting there,restarted the phone since nothing was happening, and it´s safe (for now ).

I have no idea what you are doing . How did you set up Odin? did it detect your phone? Have you closed all Kies applications? You could post a link to the thread you got the download from... (Did you ask the thread where you got the download from?) Why is there only one file? Is it meant to be like that? (I know some roms can be zipped/tarred so you only need one file but is this that sort of file?)
The list can go on and on. Please provide more information... What is the status of your phone now? Can you boot up to your home screen or are you stuck at soft-brick screen? I ask this because i don't understand what safe means. I would consider a soft brick safe because i know what to do when i have one... Re-flash!
So to that image. I am assuming this is how you set up odin BEFORE you connected your phone. I would suggest tick re-partition, this WILL factory reset your phone. A suggestions not always necessary, read the thread. If you are on GB already then i don't think you need to. Also usually you are still required to have a .pit file. (I haven't flashed via odin in a long time, so things may have changed) Check you don't need one.
Finally sometimes when i flash via odin, it get stuck i think at the same point you do. I have to unplug and take battery out. If i boot up i get two symbols with a line of some sort in the middle. In this case i go back to download mode and re-flash and it flashes correctly this time.
Sorry for the long message its just the more information the better and quicker people can help. Hope i helped, if not please provide as much information as possible

Replace Odin, and install the files as in the screenshot, the debug mode on the phone, turn off your phone, enter in the flashing mode after 3 buttons.

So I had this problem with my 4x because of rooting it there was no baseband atleast it was unkown. I followed a guide but that didn't help. I tried Lg Flash Tool but that gives me a Download error after some seconds. Then I tried putting back the orginal KDZ but it says everything worked but the phone won't reboot like it should. Waited 20 mins to do something.

running on old lap top XP... try to press and hold [vol -] and [power] until you got the "android recovery figure" and wait until they reboot again, but i think u doing something wrong or you dont have valid drivers...

It won't even go there. It quickly shows the LG Logo and all the sudden it gets to S/W Upgrade. Can't get in Recovery or anything else.
Whenever I try Flash Tool it gives me a Download Fail with error code 210? Help please.

Hello, I seem to be having a similar problem. I tried KDZ, as per the flashing tools page, but after running the KDZ unpacking and then it stops at paramenter 210. The phone screen stays at S/W Upgrade, and nothing else happens. The KDZ log stays at parameter 210, and goes no further. I am following all the exact steps. Also in the KDZ Phone Information link/Button, no info shows up about Phone, meaning all fields are blank. Back ground Information: i had before a CUSTOM ROm 4.4+ & later 5.0+ installed, but somehow after some time, my phone stopped recognising any SIMs. Android would work but no Sim was working. I thought it was a hardware defect, but later i checked in Settings> Status, there was no IMEI showing. Something had messed up, I read up that reinstalling the stock ROM may solve the issue, so i tried it. But all i have now is that a phone that doesnt boot up, always shows S/W Update screen. And with KDZ only goes up till parameter 210 (in software status log) and doesent go further. Tried all DIAG/Emergency etc. Is my phone bricked or is there a solution ? Please HELP ..... I tried the LG Flash Tool as mentioned in the link. But my update only runs till 10%, and shows 0Kb / 0Kb, and then after 18s returns an error, Failed !. Also there are no 3 ports open as mentined in one of the posts when all ports 1-16 are used/ticked in options. I have only read half of the posts in the link, so maybe there is a solution, otherwise it seems something has gone wrong in the phone

Try reading the others posts in from there,this might take some time but i am sure this may help you.
Also try changing PC use WIN-7 .
Try changing usb ports too.
I too have the same problem like yours but at the end it was solved.

i was freezing and uninstalling apps last night and must have removed something critical to the operating system. Now my phone will only load the Security Error screen with (authetication failure) in small print. i've been told that my phone isn't bricked but that i need to reflash the image. I tried to root my ATT LG G4 H810 running H81010I using this procedure: how-to-root-the-att-h810-lg-g4 page at androidexplained.com ... I now get a "Security Error" with "Authentication Fail #11" everytime it boots up and then shuts down. I believe I used 10g instead of 10i version (which I downloaded from the root-tmo-vzw-intl-variants-soon-root-lg-t3164765 page at xda-developers.com/g4/orig-development/), but now cannot seem to use any of the recovery methods because I do not know how to push the proper [system.img] file to the root directory. I can get to the "Firmware Update" screen but the hard reset function does not appear to work.

i can't find a KDZ file for my phone anywhere ;w;
and the TOT file requires me to log in to the LG Flash tool? I'm so confused ;w; rooting motorola devices back in the day wasn't as troublesome as this ;w;

Download LG Flashtool zip, install LG Flashtool ( dont open the program) in the unzipped files copy paste mega.dll, copy this file to C:\LG\LGFlashTool and replace de original file... after that Run the program and you was to able to flash TOT file

Hi, saw you helping a lot of people. Hope I can be next, lol. I'm attempting to repair a botched root attempt on H8110. Apparently, the first rooted image was not the correct one. The phone is stuck in a boot loop with "Security Error". I can get into download mode, but can no longer USB copy the correct image over. What steps can I take to get back on track? Thank you!

Well you're gonna have to use LGUP to restore using the TOT.

I got my Xperia 10 into a bootloop. I'm still able to enter recovery, but I've never been able to get out of the bootloop, no matter what I tried.
I started trying to flash software onto it with Sony Mobile Flasher. I'm using version 0.9.28.0. Every time I try flashing, the process gets stuck on the same line:
Sending getvar:max-download-size
Does anyone know what exactly this means or how I can fix this?

The problem stopped occurring.
However, I began having problems with the missing flash script. I fixed that and was able to flash firmware from XperiFirm.
Do you have a missing script file as well or is it just me?
Update
Here's an update.
The problem with getting stuck on getvar:max-download-size only occurs if it's the second time flashing the device after initial connection (and any attempt after that I guess).
This means, connect the phone, try flashing. If for some reason you try another flash without disconnecting the phone, it will get stuck.
This has always helped me, not sure if it's a universal solution.

Delete all of them! The one in the partition folder too! Then drag the rest of the folder into the Newflasher folder and then follow the instructions on the Newflasher page

I see. Thanks! Just curious, that applies to all Xperia phones and all ROMs or is it different for older ones?
Also, is a flash script needed for NewFlasher. I don't think one is, but I haven't looked into NewFlasher as much as I should have.

I think it's for all Xperias after 2019! No flash script needed. You just have to have fastboot drivers and the drivers for your phone! No need to have your bootloader unlocked either.

You can use newflasher(https://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/progress-newflasher-xperia-command-line-t3619426 to flash the firmware
Tried via newflasher, deleted all .ta files, even in boot folder, but i got again and again getvar:max-download-size error. Any solution, please?
Edit: Solved. Forgot to tap on usb debugging option and then allow to computer
Solutions:
1. Tap many times build number to open developer options
2. Turn on usb debugging
3. Connect phone via cable while it is turned on and press Allow when computer asks in it
4. Then try to flash android 10. Write n n n to commands, no need any gordon driver or etc
Maybe need restart phone and pc one time, when you turn on usb debugging and then Allow it
Also i installed android driver, after connect via cable, it was yellow ? <= that sign (in computer > manage > device manager)

Try closing the program and opening it again.
Make sure it's always the first flash after opening the program.
That's what solved it for me. Though honestly, this was more than a year ago , new versions of FlashTool might not have this problem anymore? I honestly don't know, haven't tried in a while.

Also the part with reconnecting the phone for each flash? If none of this works, I don't currently have a solution... Sorry
I updated my phone from MIUI 12.5.6 to MIUI 13.0.2. after the update was installed, phone naturally tried to reboot and got stuck in bootloop. I did not do anything, not even a button press at that moment. It kept booting, showed the Mi logo and turned off and booting again. After the battery was drained fully, it eventually stopped. Now I took it to a repair shop, and he said he can't get to recovery mode, nor fastboot mode. I tried that too, with power+volume up, and power+volume down but it did not work at all. I connected a charger but seems like it's not charging up cause the charger seems cold to touch (usually it gets hot during a charge). Now, I don't know if it's a solvable issue or not. If you have any way out, please let me know. Can't afford to lose my phone.
My Bootloader was locked before update, never really unlocked it.
And, does having less charge mean phone won't boot to recovery of fastboot mode?

Same. It worked for me too. But can't log in to Google. Says, there was a problem communicating with Google server. Are you having any issue? Any fix for mine?
