Able to download. NBHExtract will not work with this file.
How do you extract the files out of this dump?

This file seems to be the same as the one posted by Ultrashot. I just got mine a different way (from the same server).

Sorry, I have only used CM11S, not AOSP, therefore I can't compare to the other apps.
The Camera app is from the system/app folder, the audiofx is from system/priv-app.

I restored my System backup to revert orginal and install manually the mod.
(Backup first)
Go to /system/priv-app/ and delete arm folder
Unzip and replace SystemUI.apk to /system/priv-app/
set permission 644
reboot
That worked for me and now the staturbar has the normal size.
