Hello,
This is my first post on Xda.
I followed the guides on here recently to Root my HTC Desire C, install Nameless v7 and Sim unlock the phone, which has worked. However I am finding the ROM abit laggy and I ham having problems with the WiFi and 3G data signal.
Is there a way of restoring the original HTC ROM?
I made a recovery file before rooting the phone, is it just a case of restoring this?
Thanks
Nameless rom is outdated. You should try cyanogenmod 10.
But if you still wanna go back to stock, restore that backup.

Or install the stock rom uploaded by Russell
Hi,
at first i try to post in the related thread, but i havn't enough posts to do this.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/development-i9305/rom-beta-t2535996
After flashing the latest ROM my phone can't get a network connection. Wifi works. I used CWM 6.0.4.7, SlimKat Build 3.6 and the latest gapps from SlimRom (Build 3). I can't receive baseband, network, phone number or IMEI in the settings. All is unknown. Also when the phone starts, it doesn't ask for my PIN.
Re-install doesn't work. Another SIM doesn't work, too. CM 10.1.3 works fine.
Model: GT-I9305
Provider: Vodafone
Baseband: I9305XXUEMK1
Some ideas?
That is not a rom problem, for sure.. What can I say, you are doing everything right, but I might recommend using Philz recovery, I've never had any problem with it. Reboot recovery, full wipe and then flash
Try to flash with Odin latest stock 4.3 kernel and then try again with wiping everything before.
Hey guys,
thanks for your advices. I wasn't at home, so I couldn't response or even try it.
Today I flashed the new SlimKat 3.8 (still with CWM) and it works Maybe it was a problem with the ROM.
Thanks anyway :good:

For sure it was problem with ROM. Actually with radio ROM, not the Android itself.
Make a backup of your ROM and save radio image from it.
Then you can flash some other ROM you like and flash this working radio image after that.
I 've tried both roms (clean install) but only the front camera is working (model d405n)
I 've tried with CWM and TWR but with the same result.
Is there any fix for that?
No idea... Have you done a full wipe?
(If you realy want, you can restore everything with kdz en start all over again?)
We have one guy on polish forum with the same issue. Strange thing, as if there is more than one d405 variant.
Yes i did a full wipe.
I restore with kdz, root again, full wipe, install rom, and the problem still exist
is there any kernel i can use?
I use the latest CarbonROM (CARBON-KK-UNOFFICIAL-20141004-1556) for my D405n and front camera works. Are you sure you flashed the correct bootloader image (boot.img)?
i can not find a link for that build. Can you please post a link here?
I use this boot

I haven't seen anybody got fix for that yet and it may me a little problem since most users don't experience this bug whilist having the same phone version. Maybe some dev might look into it and tell you at least what it is caused by
I own a C-Spire Moto X 2014 and I just finished my first install of CM 12.1 onto my phone. I don't have a nandroid backup. My phone will no longer recognize my sim card for C-Spire and I have no idea what to do. I've found tutorials but none were for my specific phone. They were for the 2013 edition of the X but they aren't the same. Please help! I can't afford a new phone right now so I've GOT to fix this
- My phone model says XT1093 on the box, but I bought it from C-Spire.
Have you tried flashing back to stock
I haven't tried that, i'm not sure how to do that without a nandroid, also i haven't been emailed by motorola to release me recovery images either, so i dont know where else to find those, any suggestion to try to get it to work within the CM 12.1 or do i absolutely have to flash stock? Can I just factory reset? Or would that brick it?

You have to flash modem from the stock. While flashing CM12 you should have taken a Nandroid backup or atleast backup the EFS partition.

I have now flashed back to stock. My phone still doesn't recognize my sim card.
probably what happens to you is you have a moto x draw for developers, so when you put a cm do not recognize the sim, you have to flash the original firmware from your region, you have to do it fasboot almost 100% sure that your problem.
I installed a pixel experience custom rom in my moto x4 and moved from stock rom. During the installation i maintained the every instructions, but after the installation my imei number was showing unknown and i can't use sim cards and also my wifi is not working. I tried to reinstall the rom and also i installed the stock rom but it didn't help. I am a idiot that i didn't backup my original rom before flashing the custom rom. Please help me.
Maybe this will help...
