Hi everyone !
As "happy" owners already know - Xperia X2 does NOT have/support Bluetooth rSAP (remote SIM access) profile therefore it can't be paired with any modern car build in audio hands free systems.
I've try already all of proposed (for X1) solutions but unfortunatelly noone worked. All described in the forum BT_SAP.cab's have installed succesfully, afterwards I have pair it with my Mercedes Benz SAP V3 - yes 16 digit code is accepted but afterwards when they try to pair you get message on the X2 screen: "Connection Failed. Please try again when phone is ready!"
Any suggestions ?
Anyone help pls ?

Thanks your effort man! Unfortunately it didn't work - it's NOT Bluetooth rSAP as well. Bluetooth rSAP profile "borrows" phone SIM card ID to the car Audio hands free kit and phone goes in stand by mode...
All NOKIA's have it, also HTC (Windows Mobile), iPhone, SAMSUNG have it etc etc... but SE no - may be X2 is targeted specially for users who don't drive cars ... unfortunately for me - it wasn't written in user manual, so I bought it by mistake...
Anyone help pls ? C'mon guys - somebody must find the solution for this...
Xperia X1 used Texas Instruments Single Chip Bluetooth as far as I remember.
I read somewhere Xperia X2 is using a new Qualcomm (? not 100% sure) Single Chip Bluetooth.
That seems to be the reason that previously used rSAP cabs don't work on X2.
So we need to find somebody who knows if any HTC phone or other WM6.5 phone is using such Qualcomm single chip bluetooth.
HTC's HD2 or Touch Pro2 for instance is using a Broadcom bluetooth...That would not work either I guess.
Anyone find a solution ? c'mon guys, some of you are smart enough and ca do it...

Same for me .... I need the rSAP functionality, together with reading contact informations via bluetooth, so that phone numbers of contacts show in the carkit.

Business offer: If someone can make the damn cab fixing Bluetooth rSAP functionality - it can post it on Windows Mobile Marketplace and make a LOT of money -c'mon guys, somebody do something...
i face the same problem with sony ericsson mw600 and i solve it with this applciation :
JETware
http://www.jetwaremobile.com/
i have cracked version if you need it i will search in my PC and get it back to you
That looks like a really good application ... especially if it allows using voice dialing with the X2 ...
Anyone tried it on an X2? Waiting for a fully functioning version ...
try this
wait your feedback
NOTHING Works for Bluetooth with X2!
Have to say that this does NOT work either! Nothing works so far! Sound is just not routed through the bluetooth...no matter what!
Even if you have the wired set plugged in, sometimes sounds still come out of the speaker rather, ie. camera sound!
Nothing will connect to the bluetooth, no voice commander, no voice command, not nothing... the only time the sound connects is during a regular phone call (if the bluetooth stays connected that is ;-)
If anybody has a PROOVEN solution.... kindly let's hear

can be?
we are talking about X2(!) not X1 here!
What is your posting mean???
We are talking about the X2(!), not the X1. That is in regards to the Bluetooth Situation -among other things- A TOTAL DIFFERENT ISSUE!
With my X1 all worked perfectly fine. With my X2 now, NOT!
So I don't understand you posting....
Hi Guys,
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum!
Im kinda of a android noob and I just recieved my new card (VW Golf 6) with a RNS310 navigation system.
I can connect my Samsung Galaxy S plus with the system but then it says there is no network connection so i can't make phone calls or get called etc..
No i figured out this has to do with rSap, but how do i get this to work properly on my Galaxy S plus?
I have a standaard phone without any roms installed. (fabric std. T-Mobile)
If you need any more information please ask!
I just tried out my phone on a slightly older VW Golf with a RNS310 and there it doenst use RSAP.. and it works perfeclty.
Now i just only need to find a way to get RSAP to work properly or try to connect without it.. :S:S:S anyone?
Sorry for the bump, nobody that can fix this?
Unfortunately I don't have any bluetooth option in my VW Polo (2010 model) so I can't test it out. Maybe you can find any information or any hint on this page? http://forum.android-rsap.com/index.php
There's a pricey app on the market which works well. In bed at the no so can't look it up. I'm waiting on a clever ROM cook to integrate rsap support back into ICS . May be a while though

I already posted this somewhere else.. sorry...
I just received my huawei ascend p7 and i encountered an error right away
It is not possible to delete bluetooth paired devices. it looks like they get removed, but after toggling the bluetooth they juist apear again.
Now it is not possible for me to connect to my bluetooth device.
Anyone got a solution for this?
Hey guys,
I've been experiencing a problem with my bluetooth recently. I am always connected to bluetooth in my car or using my samsung level U, I use it for both media streaming and calls. But about one week ago when ever I am connected to bluetooth either to my car or my samsung level U I can only listen to music, but can't receive or make calls. So I'd be listening to music but if I get a call.. I can't answer through the car i need to pick up my phone. Same thing for my level U.
I've tried everything from simply unpairing and pairing it again. To clearing the bluetooth cache. The problem only seems to go away when I restart my phone. But it will only work once after I disconnect bluetooth the first time the problem appears again.
Ive also tried to simply check the phone audio selection under the bluetooth menu but it wont check it.
FYI i use to have an HTC One M7 before this phone. And it works just fine. I also tested a Samsung Note 3 with both the car and the Level U, it works just fine.
Specs:
Phone: HTC One X9 dual sim ( Android 6.0)
Car: Renault Safrane.
