I was wondering who out there is using a shadow mlm PC on dex, and how is your experience with it. I'm using it and I'm having some mouse issues.Anyone else?
I had problems runnin that on a quite high spec pc and mac, the lag input was a joke and games were unplayable even on a wired connection at 100MB, not sure how a wifi connection would hold up
See I haven't had any of those problems, even using it off of DeX. The only issue I keep running into is mouse issues. When I use it off a regular PC it runs just fine for me. I'm able to 4 box everquest on max settings with no problem. But I'm trying to ditch the regular home based PC
I'm experiencing the following issues: when I run shadow on my phone, everything is nice and smooth but when I open shadow on DeX it's laggy and idk what's the reason behind it ?
I am using the phone mode wireless on my Win 10 Laptop. Interestingly, I can use the inbuilt touch-pad and keyboard, as well as external keyboard and mouse - attached to laptop, not to the phone! This was a bit surprising since this is not mentioned in any documentation.
However, this only works in mirrored phone mode. When I switch to desktop mode, not even the builtin touch-pad and keyboard of the laptop is working.
Feels like there is only a small bit missing. Any idea how I can get the laptops hardware to work in this mode?
Is it true, does anyone know how to solve the problem? I have tried unsuccessfully with deskdockserver. Other ideas?
So how to begin. I've had the 10 pro for like 6 months and it's been good to me. I bought it primarely because I like taking photos, on the macro side, emulators (ps2 especially) and 5g support. I could've gotten the new Samsung, but I'm European, and I won't support exinos.
Recently my PC died and I want to play some xcloud game with minimal latency on my tv which means wired everything but the 10 pro doesn't really have a wired desktop mode (and I'm on oxygen os 13 stable) taskbar has been proven very difficult, any adb command I run that taskbar tells me to, doesn't work at all, so if it by chance runs, the resolution is just... not there. I could use a 4k resolution if possible. Can anyone properly guide me through all the steps to custom resolution and taskbar actually working? Tried second screen btw and although it's commands seem to be accepted by the adb thingies, it does nothing. I'm helpless :c
Good afternoon, I need help. I often use my phone as a hotspot for my computer. But 1+10 pro has problems.
When I use 1+10 as a hotspot for my computer:
YouTube videos load well But when I try to play online games - constant disconnections, the Internet adapter on the computer turns off.
The problem is not in the hardware of the computer.
Wi-Fi adapters are new. There were no such problems with my old xiaomi mi a 1 phone.
Even if you manage to connect with 1 + 10, then the ping in the game is 80.
And on xiaomi mi a 1 - 65.
I tried everything, disabled hardware acceleration in modem mode, changed the frequency of the access point (2.4 and 5.0), even disabled the "battery" application through adb.
It seems that the modem goes into throttling.
Perhaps there are any commands through adb to remove the modem performance limit?
(1+10 pro, eu2213, stock (no root), A17, OS12)
Never encountered such a problem
Cam confirm it never occurred to me too.
Bit weird indeed.
I have not had the problem either. If you don't mind wired connection you could nab PDA NET or EasyTether. I have not had problems with those either.
Hey guys! I just got a OnePlus 10 Pro unlocked off of Amazon to use with T-Mobile. I have a couple questions.
1st - One reason I needed a new phone is for HDMI out to a regular tv so I can watch netflix and youtube as I travel. However hdmi out from my OnePlus 10 Pro is terrible, it doesn't properly fit a 16/9 screen ratio of a modern display and has bad black bars and is not centered. Is there a fix for this?
2nd - I need to tether my phone to my windows laptop, my PS5, and my Switch. I can do this the standard Android way, either USB tethering, ethernet tethering, or wifi tethering but T-Mobile cuts me off from fast speeds after 5gb. I've used PDAnet on my windows PC before, and it works well enough but that doesn't work for PS5 and Switch. Is there a way to make it so I can use the built in tethering function in Android but not get throttled after 5gb? I know there is supposed to be a way to do something involving DUN_0 or so, but I'm not really sure...
Most phones run in 16:10 aspect ratio nowadays, including this phone, that's probably why it won't fit your tv perfectly
