only sound on games no picture

Hi folks,
every game i try so install causes the same problem.
i hear the sound but the screen does not show the game.
wolfenstein jut plays the sound, call of duty, duke, quake only shows a white screen.
on the other hand, quake III arena run.
does anybody has any idea?

HDMI laggy and slow. Fixing attempts.

Hi all,
as you might have noticed, HDMI output is not the best, unfortunately.
Playing HD movies lag and skip sometimes, Emulators like Gameboid or Snes9x are heavily lagging / dropping fps.
I would like to ask you if we can solve this issue.
I started looking around and found a thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1501414) for the Atrix. It's a resolution changer, that can help improving the performance by choosing a lower resolution for the hdmi output.
Unfortunately I can't get it working on my Droid 3 (Stock 5.7.894, rooted).
It might not work, because the MirrorService.apk has to be replaced and might have to be signed again for my firmware.
What do you think, is there a way of getting it to work, or is there another way to improve the hdmi output? Is there maybe a 30fps cap?

The resolution is pretty low to begin with (when outputting to a large tv)... even if lowering the resolution would help, wouldn't it just look crappy? (crappier than it already looks?)

I thought the resolution of the output is 1080p or 720p? My TV shows [email protected] when connecting the cable.

I see what you're saying now... sorry. If you reduce the resolution, the "look" could still be the same, but perhaps could perform better since there is less video/res to process?

Youtube App 1080p 60 FPS dropping frames?

Hey guys!
Recently I bought the Note 5, couldn't be happier about it, but there's one thing that seems off. When trying to watch a 1080p 60 fps video in the YouTube App, even tough it says 1080p 60 fps, I fell like it's dropping frames like crazy, not really playing the media at 60 fps. When playing the video in the small windows while searching for other videos, or even if I download the video and then play it, then I get the smooth reproduction.
Same thing happens to me on my PC when watching 1080p 60 FPS videos on Chrome in full screen, on my 1440 Asus RoG Swift. In the stats window I can see it's loseing frames, but if I watch it in window mode it plays fine.
Maybe it has to do with 1440p displays and 1080p 60 fps compatibility or something like that?
Anyone has noted the same thing?

Galaxy note 4 here, same problem, still occuring as of August 2016. There is a google products forum which started on August 8th, and according to everyone who's posted there, this is a problem isolated to samsung devices.

Do it have Touch respond time and touch delay issue during pubg or codm?

I going buy this phone as soon it arrived in my country but i want know how good is touch respond time in pubg or codm. My old phone have touch delay play codm mostly happen why using 3 finger claw on screen. Going change because of this problem.

You need an iphone for best experience. Even a 6s plus is better than any android even its 30fps.
x2 pro is best android phone for touch latency after asus rog phone 2. but gyro is shıtty on all android devices you need iphone for a fast gyro.

I've not noticed any touch response issues in pubg or cod mobile... There's a few settings to change in the game space app and system settings to improve response. etc. I can't compare with iPhone 6 on touch response or gyro as I've not used the iPhone 6... My niece has the iPhone 7 and I can tell you it's a horrible experience playing pubg compared to playing on X2 pro.. Tiny dull screen and choppy.

Playing robolox with my kids (yeah right)
And little easy non demanding games
Stutter and lag like crazy, I've dropped resolution and lowered graphic settings but it doesn't help one bit.
High performance mode I've tried
Previous phone like oneplus 5t , iphone 6 runs the game flawlessly

Games run fine on my N960N without any issues
