Got my Sprint Note 5 domestically unlocked and moved over to AT&T, added my new SIM chip, configured the APN correctly and boom, 3g connection with AT&T on top. CAlled AT&T and had them add me EMEI to their system so it will be recognized as a 4g/LTE device, still can't get a the LTE to light up. I turned off mobile data and boom bot a nice fast LTE signal so I know it works. Charged over night and back to a 3g signal, tried everything and can't get it back on a LTE connection. Called AT&T who re-added the EMEI and still nothing. It jumped on an LTE connection 3 or 4 times but nothing stable.

I arrived at work today all excited, thinking how much fun I will have now that I have my new 3g account. On the weekend I have almost no supervision and plenty of oportunity to get online. Every where else I have been I get full signal for gprs/gsm and umts, at work with 3(three) Australia I got 0 bars umts, if I switched to roaming I got 1 dot for gsm (telstra) that is not good enough to get a useful gprs connection. Disatster!!!! The only place I need mobile internet is the only place I can't get it. I will give it another 30 days and if no luck then goodbuy mobile broadband

I am wondering if telstra next g would have given me better reception? My vodaphone always had good gsm reception there but they do not have good 3g plans at the moment (and I am locked in a contract with 3 now).
My Nokia Lumia 720 running WP8.1 can't connect to mobile data, I have used my old O2 SIM card and whilst texting and calling works fine I cannot get any internet connection. I have tried turning the mobile data setting on and off, with roaming on and off, I have also restarted my phone, and reinserted my SIM card, yet none of it has worked.
Here are some screenshots to show my settings:

You'll notice that it has 'H' as my connection - usually this was enough for my Nexus 4 and it could easily connect to the internet.
I have ordered a new SIM card in the hopes that it is an issue with the SIM and not the phone/OS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Me and my fiance just got the Gold S6 Edge, mine is 64gb and hers is 32gb. On Speedtest app were'd both only getting about 5mb download speeds. On my HTC M8 I used to get about 40-50Mb. And it's not the network, because I ran it alongside my Xpera Z2 Tablet on LTE, and got almost 40Mb. But WiFi is much faster on the S6, I get about 82Mb on the S6, but only about 60 on the Z2. I have also tried enabling advanced calling, but no difference in network speed.
First pic is S6, second is Z2

Okay well now network speed is normal on my phone after rebooting a couple times and enabling Advanced Calling. Haven't tested on my fiance's phone yet.
Hello all,
I recently bought a couple of eBay Seller Refurbished Galaxy S20 FEs to use in my switch to Consumer Cellular (MVNO that runs on AT&T towers). I believe they are from T-Mobile originally. However, with the recent decommissioning of AT&T's 3G network I have begun to have trouble making calls. They just end immediately.
Consumer Cellular advises to enable VoLTE or else calls will stop working, but as far as I can see VoLTE is enabled by default with no settings to be set.
I guess I just want to know if this is something caused by my phones or if it's more likely to be something on their end.
For more information, this is my SIM Card status screen

Upgrade the SIM to a 4G SIM and try.
As the title states I have been with Cricket for around 3 months with great 5G service 4 and 5 bars. I was trying to get Wi-Fi calling working and I wasn't aware at the time that Wi-Fi calling isn't available on Cricket BYOD phones yet. I reset the network settings on the phone and now only receive 4G LTE. I've had excellent 5G signal up until the reset. Called Cricket customer service about it but I believe I'd learnt more talking to the wall, very useless support, told me after about an hour that it would pick up 5G again and thats been about a week ago. The settings I have circled in red doesnt allow me to turn on or off, is this normal?? also this is the APN settings im using, they are the only ones I can find on the net so I'm assuming they are correct. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance for any help.
