Hi! I created a site about X8 roms if someone wants to suggest me to add his ROM on site just tell me here (in thread) ! http://xperiax8tech.weebly.com
And I don't wanna receive bad comments the site is created today i just added some roms . I'll add the rest of roms in future! If I do something wrong tell me!

mate calm down and be patient. Obviously the website isn`t finished and he will add all the necessary ROMs there.

you can always add sections where people can see which ROM is compatible with which kernel and which kernel is the recommended one. Very nice website for a start but keep it going and make it better.

yes
i just try porting from hd 2 rom
may be need to edit libs file for ideos x6
need more bandwith
cause the connection in here is to slow

Dont even try to do it.
it may never work.
Main problem is with the kernel. our device does not have a kernel to get KK
another problem is with the drivers
then the next problem is with libs.
after solving all these issues it may lack the basic features like Radio,WIFI,Bluetooth etc.
Small hope of getting KK : @rizla13shd did you change the bootclasspath in the BOOT.img...? if you want i can help you in modify the bootclasspath.

but now,,,i try downloading Android sdk package
and if you will help to change bootclasspath in the boot.img, iam very happy
i want to feel KK in our device

sorry iam too late this is the boot.img from htc hd2
this rom is work in hd2 with 2.6.xx kernel

and how to fix about driver and libs???
can we download itor edit from source

Porting Android LIBS check Page no 28. that may help you..

the symlinks\ status 7 error is due to low system memory..
so you need to slim down the rom
try to maintain less than 250MB rom size before compressing
Remove the unwanted apk like gmail,exchange,stock keyboard,office.. etc
remove the large ringtones files.. this should help

Yep u can flash however u want.but be cautious sometimes u r phone don't detect sim card.
In that case please please flash miui v7.5 official zip file and then flash universal boot patcher file.

1. Camera doesn't crash if you use third party camera like Google camera.
2. VoLTE working in almost all N Roms now including official Lineage OS.
3. Video calling working in Lineage, haven't tested in other Roms.
4. Flashlight bug solved by installing an apk posted here.

Android 1 ROM has been ported to the Redmi 4x from the Xiaomi Mi A1. It was ported by members of a Russian forum which is not allowed here on XDA (I think). Anyway, we all knew someone was going to port it to Xiaomi's other phones and apparently it's happening. Here's a little more information:

I haven't used it. I was just passing on the information. From the comments on the MIUI Forums thread it sounds pretty buggy yet.

if you are not going to give up this phone about rom,you have to use some chinese soical app to keep in touch with the mod rom developer,such us qq

I will not give up on this phone. I only need a better rom...Like miui 12. I would like someone to port miui 12 and keep it like that, with no future updates. I am happy with a good system but 0 updates. Lineage is also good, or Stock android. Android 10, or 11...

I can't load gsi roms. the phone remains in the nubia logo and hangs up. The computer sees the phone as qualcomm hs-usb 900e. Can you share a guide on how to install it? I want to install red magis os gsi rom

It's not good. The rom is not made for the phone. It's just a port. Many things won't work.
