Hi,Asus has release firmware for ZenFone2 laser(ze500kl) v.13.10.10.43. Have any ideas or tool for unlock bootloader and root?

My device is v13.10.10.43 hard to find unlock bootloader ,that post guide for under my version..

i used the same unlock bootloader in the link that i gave and it said it is already unlock. on my case when my phone is still on lollipop i already unlock it. when you unlock it you're ready to flash super su

Ohh,,I get it. before I update to this version,I already unlock boot loader,after I update firmware,now boot loader still unlock?? So I just need to flash SU.zip only?

Unlock the bootloader at HTCDEV.com and then you can install a custom recovery and then flash SuperSu or su-3.0.7.

There is already plenty of guidance on this procedure if you would just search.
You need to start at HTCDEV.com and fully understand that procedure and consequences first.
Then you can search for installing a custom recovery and Superuser. Start by reading the sticky posts in this forum. That is what they are there for.
Also in looking at your past posts, you have been directed to the HTCDEV.com site twice now. How many times do we need to give you an answer?

Even being able to read chinese, understanding is still difficult. . .It says one must at least have a leaked 4.3 installed, is that right? Then I guess this is only for unlocked bootloader user

yeah, very difficult to understand, i think first unlock BL then flash kernel with CWM, flash supperuser, and then flash stock 4.3 kernel to relock BL

Yes, in global rom mellowmallow ro.build.target_operator=GLOBAL , gsm work, but cdma not work.

No, root on 6.0 will not working without unlocking bootloader.

So I am the prime v6. 5 rom. I have twrp, I'm rooted and I have xposed. Would installing the 6.6 update brick the phone? I just don't have the bootloader unlocked. Any help is appreciated!
I thought you had to have an unlocked bootloader in order to install TWRP and root. Are you sure your bootloader is locked?

I got twrp and root without unlocking the bootloader.
I ended up doing that later by running rootjunky's script. It will wipe your data. So you would know if your bootloader was unlocked. If you look on his thread, he has a way for you to check.
Of course this all assumes you aren't on 6.6.

i have been able to unlock the bootloader throgh fastboot but since there is no TWRP for Nokia 4.2 yet i havnt been able to root it
