Guys, have you come across a Cover or Bumper that is compatible with Z play? The one on Amazon, all seem to be made for the Z and not Z Play.

At the moment, looks like it is available only for Moto Z here in EU
Just a heads up, Incipio and their bumper case isn't Moto Mod friendly as advertised. Just made a new thread about this and put a video on YouTube showing it as well.

The screen that comes with it is Matte which is what I wanted although Capdase makes gloss screen as well but that needs to be purchased separately.
you got to get a very thin shell for it, if you have a DK28 dock for charging it. with Normal shell you can't charge it with DK28 dock

It is very good as they claim and also the Capdase case allows for dock access. Also all the buttons are exposed unlike other cases.

Guys I need a case for my sony xperia zr, I have purchased 3 from ebay UK and none fit, I am now using a "headcase" case but this does not fit properly , I cannot charge the phone with the case on as the USB flip does not line up. I am looking for a nice soft case like this...

I don't know, but I too would like to find out. It's a great idea and I have a Dbrand skin coming my way soon. Seems like a great way to get the look of the skin and the protection of the tpu case.
I've seen people put a dbrands on the back of a Spigen ultra hybrid and it looked good.

They're fitting the skins TO the case
I think you didnt understand me. I ment that you apply the skin to the case and not to the phone. Look at the thread in the link to fully understand.

i am also coming from 1+1 with a carbon look skin applied to the diztronic case...
i am going to buy a diztronic for nexus 6 too and would order a skin if it fits the back of the cover like on my oneplus.
I haven't seen that many cases for this phone even on ebay or amazon. Just a handful... Which ones are you using? And how do you like them? Protection and appearance...

Ive moved from a z3 compact and I had the same leather case for 2 years. Great quality and decent leather. Afte comparing lots of phone sizes I took a slight risk getting this iPhone6 plus sized one

Only point is I slide my Z play in downwards so it's easier to grasp when pulling it out.

I was expecting it to be slightly too long as the iPhone6 plus is bigger but it's perfect. After having one for my old phone the pouch never gets loose enough for it to fall out. Prefer these cases to open ones so the screen is protected as well.

I work in an industrial setting and while I'd love to have the phone naked I need something hardcore in case I drop it. I've seen the Incipio ones, I may get one of those I guess... You'd think with the battery life this phone has it would have been a more popular model. But it seems like not too many people are picking it up

It hasn't arrived yet, but I think it's pretty neat, the phone seems to fit right into the case, so it doesn't make it that extra bulky, but it doesn't also fit a Mod back there.

Ended up picking this one up for now. Protects the camera well has a decent lip over the screen for a slim case and it's a sticky kinda rubbery plastic so it won't fly out of my hands at work. It was also nice and cheap with prime shipping.

Ordered it but it hasnt arrived yet, but from the looks of it there seems to be a lip around the camera bump so should offer some protection.

This hasnt been mentioned in a topic but For those looking and can't find good case for a Moto Z play
Well Minus the head phone jack Moto Z force cases do fit the Moto Z play model most do ... Based on reviews almost to perfection this can't be said for the Z droid edition cases . Aside from cutting out a 3.5mm jack possibly as a case mod all seems well .
Most companys we' are use to only seem to have made great cases like bettle case ...OtterBox... Incipio ...and speck for the Z Droid and Force models Not the Z play ! Once again if you buying a case for a Z play look into Z Force cases and read reviews.

If anyone is on the hunt for a Moto mod compatible Bumper case, the Nillkin one from AliExpress mostly does the job.

It's made from aluminium and has little TPU shock absorbers on the corners. I say it mostly works because the cutout for the USB type C cutout isn't large enough to fit any of my cables and only my Apple headphones will fit in the headphone jack cutout.
An unexpected benefit is that the case gets rid of the small gap between the phone and the Moto mods which makes it feel much better in the hand with the bumper on.
I'll post some photos when I get a chance.
My problem when I had this case for the z2 force, was that the clip holding the case together came undone easily, and broke from a 2 foot drop onto carpet.
I wish they had the Verizon bumper for the z4 as well, like they did for the z2.

Must be newer, pretty sure it wasn't on there when I bought the phone. Lol. Since it's not a force edition, I went with the poetic revolution case. Loving it so far.
I got CaseWe bumper and I say it's good, but you can't use 360 cam nor VZ 5G module (it's not the bumper fault)
No problem with Moto Style Shell for Z3 (it fits Z4 100%)
I would get it but eveyrtime I order something on AliExpress, my orders are closed and I have no idea why.
I also bought the CaseWe. Works well with the 2200mhz battery pack and jbl speaker.
I have CaseWe too, so far so good. I used the metal bumper for my z2 force before but it reduced the reception of WiFi and GSM signal.
