I made a All In One flashable zip, so that everytime you install a new nougat rom, you can flash these pixel goodies right away.

Is the camera icon round? And do the keyboard support gif or image as in the lastest 7.1 ?
Pixel boot animation are cool but hurt my eyes at night. I'm attaching a flash able zip of black boot animation. Can you make another flashable zip version with blacked boot animation? They are really cool.

Cannot record voice using phone microphone.. Anybody facing same issue??
It hangs when I start to talk to assistant, it works fine when I plug in headphones

Google Assistant is working good. Just after I lock my phone my voice is removed and it's not working and need to set "ok google" again :/ otherwise its good.

Sadly the ROM never booted back. Even clean flashing didn't helped
I'll try installing apps manually and pushing it to the system.
Week back when i had flashed google assistant zip with build.prop changes gave me the same problem ... But with different ROM. Hope you look into it soon.

Maybe after xposed is released for Nougat, they can find a way. Already there are some modules for assistant available, don't know if they are working.

Downloaded and flashed over the correct rom. After Boot and unlocking phone it will loop back to the boot animation after about 10 seconds

Hello,
Sounds like you could have had a bad flash or the possibility you weren't running version 6a.
Hopefully you made a nandroid backup before you flashed and you can restore that and try flashing the mod again.
This is the first reported fail after about 200 downloads of this modification.
Good luck, report back.

LOL i was stupid and didnt back up the rom but it wasnt much on there. But I forgot to say thank you in the first place. I'm about to backup the rom and re-try, will report back later

Screenshot can still be easily achieved just using the standard Power & Volume Down option. I know many devs throw in that screenshot mod to the reboot menu but to be it seems a little pointless. I will look into seeing what I can do, no promises..
Torch.. That I think is a ways off still.

HAAA i cracked it, and install to crecpo
I opened file updater-script (in zip) and find ro.product.device - changed parameter from "crespo4g" to "crespo"

I can confirm this works for nexus s! But after rebooting the haptic feedback for the touch buttons are really weak!

I don't see why this mod would have anything to do with causing the XDA app to not stick.

Yep should work on the Nexus S after redoing the updater script. Haptic feedback was not affected or changed for this so it really should not be affecting it. In no way was files for haptic feedback even touched.

I previously rocked a Galaxy Nexus which really got me into modding and stuff which hasn't stopped with this phone. Recently I came across the stock Galaxy S5 bootanimation which I thought was pretty cool so I decided to do one for the 1+1. With some help from the community and the world wide webz I managed to compile an APK which allows you to apply the bootanimation through the awesome CM11 Theme Engine. Without further ado,

Have you checked if the file was downloaded completely? What ROM/Android version are you on?

edit: scratch that, didn't lag at all the second time so that was just my phone lagging on startup.

does this file overwrite the original bootanimation .zip or do we have to go through the whole process of adding it to the media folder in system and renaming...?

It is an APK file compatible with the CM11 Theme Engine. Just download the file anywhere on your phone, install it and it should appear in the theme engine ready to be applied. If you don't like it you can always switch back to the usual boot animation using the same theme engine.

same parsing error here. downloaded the apk three times. none of which works. file size is 89,79kb.

I put up the file for download in dropbox too as a mirror, try it out in post #1. By right the file size should be around 1,236kB or 1.2MB

Thanks for the support guys but I don't think I will take requests for now as I have yet to find a way to easily replace the text. Each letter was self animated by me so if I take requests it would be very painstaking for me to do heh. However, I plan on making one based on the newest android logo so that everyone can enjoy this bootanimation, including nexus 5 owners like @Lethargy

Hi guys i just found this on the chinese Flyme Site and downloaded it. It is very stable runs without any problems but i set animations to 0.5x cuz 1x was too slow
it has almost no bugs instead of some delays when opening apps. just watch the video u will understand what i mean. u can also get a basic look of the rom in the video.

Its work for me, install supersu first, then untick "mount separation blablabla" in the Supersu, then reboot, try again

When I try to flash this ROM it says "can't mount *blah blah blah* device or resource busy" after that it gives me error code 7

ok. thanks it worked! yet if i clean flash 5.1.6 the settings will crash and i was not able to use phone as it wont let me to the next step.
i flashed older version and updated to newest. thats how i avoided the problem.
one last thing... how do i enable root? i cant seem to find any option. Also i cant install supersu because it fails.
i just nneed Viper4android inside my phone.

It should work on OPM3 [April] I haven't tested it though. There isn't much difference between the two.

It usually give you that message at every reboot if your phone is rooted with an unlocked bootloader. I don't see what's the problem...?

You'll see that message if something in the vendor partition is borked. Flash the vendor.img & system.img from the factory image.

Does this mod work on the latest abc rom, which is on opm2 ?
Is there a way to uninstall this mod without having to back up and restore my phone?
hey I just noticed there's a gray line at the top of the nav bar (check image). any way you could fix that in the next version? other than that, everything works fine

That's the YouTube app, not the mod. Maps is like that, too.

chrome does that as well. is that a 8.1 “feature”? i don't remember having this with 8.0

It's due to the white navbar. You'd never see the line while the navbar was black.
Stuck at black boot animation for long time.
Testing it on superxe6p 8.1.0_r21

I made a quick research on ABC topics and found out the latest build for 6p is OPM3, but the dev kept writing OPM2 under system, because ABC is based on the Pixel 2 rom.
So I think this mod might work with the latest ABC rom !

I believe it just modifies system so extract the system.img from the stock firmware and flash in twrp.

Hello team, I share the great work you have done to make the GSI LIQUID REMIX Android P already with some of the Fix collected in this forum with the rom havooc:
The installation method is quite simple like any GSI:
• Install Treeble recovery.
• Make Wipes
• Install RR Oreo Treeble
• install image LIQUID REMIX Android P as system Image
• GAPPS
What will not work in the first instance are:
• Rotation
• camera and flash light
• gestures on sensor
but do not worry here I'll leave you the fix
for rotation, copy the sensor folder that I leave here in the path of / system / etc and place the permissions 0755 for the folder and 0644 for the files inside the folder
For camera copy the file Lib_mot_app6_metadata.so in the path in / vendor / lib and place permissions 0644
Par manager in sensor sticks the usr folder that I leave you in the path / vendor keeping the permissions for 0755 folder and for the files contained in 0644
and ready restart and you will have to enjoy this wonderful rom
if you like you can install Gcam for better camera experience

use gapps micro included pixel launcher

I haven't tried the full package but it will work.
