Sounds like you're possibly using the wrong fastboot version, the right one is linked in the instructions.

Please remove your imei and serialno from your first post.
From what I have been able to find out you have a rare combination of MID & CID. Do you happen to know your software version?
The only RUU for your phone is here: http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu_m7_..._10-33-1150-01_release_311663_signed_2_4-exe/
but its a downgrade and will require s-off to be used. You may want to consider flashing a "close to stock" custom rom instead

he is already in ruu mode if you check the screenshot of his command prompt . Looks like the zip he is flashing is not a RUU or is the wrong RUU (mismatch between the android-info.txt and the phone info)

There is no RUU you can flash on this device with s-on. your bootloader version (1.57) and your CID/MID suggest that the correct version should be 6.09.401.5 or 6.09.401.10.
You can use the stock 6.09.401.5 odexed rom on ARHD website (install using a custom recovery) and then you can flash the stock recovery back if needed (for ota update ability)

Probably possible with sunshine but it cost 25$
ok i did revert to full stock 6.09.401.10 i've found a backup before rooting even.
for the S-OFF is it only possible with sunshine?
i mean is there any other method to S-OFF that is free?

you can try firewater s-off. If it doesnt work on your phone, sunshine is your only hope.

Do you have htcsync installed? If so uninstall it but leave drivers installed. Then start the ruu.
HTCsync is know to cause issues when using ruu's
