Hello helpies,
Hope you are doing good.
I m kinda new to this phone(Bought oneplus 3t few months back, rooted few weeks back). Could you suggest me the good roms to try. In which manual mode of oos cam works. I m not fan of customization, seeks good battery life.
Thanks
You can just download the apk from apkmirror. Works on any ROM. No extras needed.
As of now the only Oreo ROM offering a fully working OOS Cam with HDR are Z Unleased and Havoc OS.
If you download the apk from apk mirror, Indeed it will work, but not fully. HDR won't work and front camera will act differently as well.

yeah, there is no such necessity of hdr mode thanks to gcam but beautymode is not working as well. I wish it worked.
and battery backup of Z Unleased and Havoc OS roms are disastrous. Anyway thanks to devs.
I want to install GCAM mod that supports front portrait. I am running on stock ROM, but I have TWRP installed. All the GCAM mods for nougat I try to install, Package Installer shows "This App is not compatible with your phone" Please share an apk or a zip, that works on stock Nougat.
Thank you for your time.

AFAIK there is upto 4.2 versions only support ARM Nougat, which doesn't have portrait mode.
Then after 4.3 to 5.2, require Arm64 ( stock rom is ARM, not Arm64), (4.3 & 4.4 doesn't have Portrait)..
And to run 5.1 or 5.2 (which have Portrait mode) you need custom ROM which is Arm64 & hal3 enabled.
I am running AOSP-Ex with GCam 5.1 and portrait on front works fine..
mostly all oreo custom ROM support GCam, but not stock..
So even if the official oreo update comes and it is ARM, I still won't be able to run GCAM?

yes. No able to run
That's sad, I reverted back from custom ROM only to avoid bugs and increase device performance. Thanks for the quick response.
Font change in Redmi 4X (pie)
Hello viewers,
I'm using Pixel Experience Go ver. of ROM in redmi 4X with Jaguar Kernel. I've 2-3 fonts which I want to try on my device but I couldn't find any way to change Font for Pie in system.
Can I use Normal iFont app or other Font changer app to change my device font or I've to use manual mode or I can't do it on pie?
Anyone who have custom Font on their Pie ROM of Redmi 4X may please comment and help me in this.
Your Kind help will be appreciated.
(I don't want to brick my Device) ?
Hello to everybody.
I want to ask if somebody knows a method to install GRX TouchWiz on android pie?
I want to make grid size 8x8. Or its any solution without this mode?
My phone is note 9, exynos, non routed
Take the nova launcher;the best you can do without root and stuff....
Hello, what is the best alternative I have to have my p9. I would like to install magisk, viper4android, auinur etc. I do not know if there is a better one than another for this goal or it would be better to sock. Thanks and regards.

There is no problem to flash Magisk, just install TWRP for P9 EMUI 5.1 (supposing you are on stock Nougat - I don't consider you are stuck with Marshmallow) and follow Magisk instructions
If you want V4A, better go for custom ROM Magic Rainbow v4, it comes with integrated Magisk and V4A (AFAIK, V4A as Magisk module or ZIP installation will not work, but with MR v4 you get all in a package, fully working).
MR v4 is basically stock Nougat ROM, debloated, rooted and enhanced:

You can also rebrand to AL10 and install Oreo b540, root it by Magisk (V4A will not work, but there is pretty useful JamesDSP as Magisk module, working fine), etc (and from there you can even flash Treble AOSP Oreo ROMs):

But you must make decision yourself. What is best for somebody else might not be for you, or vice versa
