Yes they do, they are the same phone.
The colored silicone cases that leeco sells are excellent cases. They have a very nice soft touch exterior and microfiber lining on the inside, button presses are perfect too. Just don't get the clear one, it is the same one that is bundled with phone and it sucks. I hope you can add accessories on your order when you buy the phone at a big discount. That's how I got mine, it was $0.99 ea for a case and tempered glass.
AS stated yes, they are essentially the same phone with different LTE bands.

Thicker cases make the fingerprint difficult to reach. I suggest you to use the slimmest . The camera is only 0,7mm out of the body

I have that case coming, once it's here I will upload a couple of pics into the cases thread and give my impressions.
I'm looking for a good silicon case as well. Been looking on ebay, loads of cheap ones (£2-4) but are they any good. Also seen these, are they worth paying the extra for?

I have that one! and I must say its the best thing for my phone EVER!!! its such High quality unlike the other silicone cases with massive gapes where the camera and speakers are! also it covers the edges of the camera but not the camera itself so when you put your phone down the phone is no longer resting on the camera arch! its resting on the silicone case so I like that about it

That's pretty cheap (although black one out of stock - grr). Can you still shove it in the leather cover that came with the phone - I know it's a bit of a tight squeeze anyway.

Netimes say that they will restock it in a few days.

The black color is back in stock. I ordered 2 units, they shipped it on the same day.
Hmmm .. I ordered the luxury silicone case from Pdair ... arrived within a week from HongKong to Singapore. It gives a nice grip and do make the device look more elegant compared to those cheap silicone cases.
Used to have one for for Omnia II, simply loves it. Thus, bought another one for my HD2

what about making fotos with this case? doesn't the flash reflex in this case and making the photos quality worse?
I'll be picking up a Note II on AT&T on the 9th and I'd rather not end up spending $60 on a sub-par case and screen protector at the AT&T store like I did last time with my original AT&T Note. So I'm going to buy them off the internet before hand. Any suggestions for a cheap silicone case I could pick up on eBay that won't scratch it? or some cheap matte screen protectors? Thanks.

Amazon.com. Spigen Ultraclear protector. I've seen a couple nice cases on eBay. I purchased one of the hard minimalist cases, but there are some nice TPU units as well.

Silicone cases are useless. These get saggy and for a phone this size and this thin; I'm pretty sure the case will just dongle all over the place and will not stay on... Your best bet is TPU, which is what you are calling semi-hard.
And to the OP. You can go cheap on cases, but I don't recommend going stingy on the screen protector. The poster recommending Spigen is your best option. I have the clear crystal one from Amazon; they are not cheap but you get two that will probably last as long as you'll own the phone.

The one I've had on my HTC DHD for the past 18 months has been great. I agree that the GNII may be a bit big for one though.

I currently have this one, and am fairly happy with it. The only issue I have so far is that the opening for the charger/usb port is rather small - the factory usb cable fits OK, but most other cables don't.

Managed to find one on ebay but its a cheap fabric version from china which it will take like a month to get here.

I got this case from ebay,it might meet your needs. It's relatively thin (thinner than I expected). I really like the case. It's design requires a belt, it won;t just clip on you your pants without a belt.

I think both or nice depending on your use, but like the first one for thinness and everyday carry (with Belt). The second is good when I don't have a belt, I can clip them to my shorts when running. Best of all their cheap enough that can get both.
Note 1 pouches work. I tried a few in vegas. Waiting on one to ship from ebay now. Will update when it arrives.

I , order a seido not paying attention at the time you needed a case with it .. So when i recieved it I modified it .. I measured and cut small pieces of the soft part of velco and put one on each side of the bottom of the holster and one on the top that has the spring that you move with your finger ... And one piece on one side and 2 peices one on top of the other to fill in the extra space and make it fit snug .. And it works great no problems .. you can put one on top of the other as needed to make it fit snug ... hope this helps you out ...

I had this PDair case left over from my old Note 1, but my Note 2 fits just fine in it. Very good purchase!

Thought to get a wallet case (spigen) but they are so bulky. Don't think that I will like it.
Now i decided to look for a slim and nice leather pouch.

I just ordered one of these yesterday. I had one of their sleeves before for my Galaxy Tab and it was great. Good padding, well-made, very inexpensive. The protection on the sleeve seemed reasonable, though I cannot yet comment on this new item.

First I went with one $9 belt pouch from eBay that was junk (I can fit two Note II inside). In the past I had Monaco pouch with belt clip for my ol;d Samsung smartphone running Windows Mobile and it was the best pouch I ever owned so I did some search and found that Monaco has a horizontal (and vertical) pouch designed specially for Note II. It cost more than average pouch but I can assure you it is really a high quality product and N2 fits inside well. I've ordered it from here along with car charger to get free shipping:

I don't like this horizontal case. The original pouch looks great and is really slim but I don't know how it holds the phone and how you can push the phone out of the case.

So got the Waterfield case. It's a thin sleeve, won't really provide any protection from drops (just protection from scratches and scuffs in a pocket). It's not bad, and at $10 it seems reasonably well-made. Fits nicely. Really just a cloth pouch though.

Is it durable? For now I have nillkin case, not slim border, but with back too. And it cracked just out of nowhere just after about 2 months of using. I never dropped the phone.

That's the same I use. It cracked on bottom-right edge (looking from back).
use solid (not TPU) IMAK CASE
Is it made from rubber? I don't like rubber cases, because they're stretching.
