I have the same issue. When I bought the phone, I unlocked the bootloader, later, I updated the OS and it locked itself. After that, I can't unlock the bootloader, it says the same that Spartzzz said, also, the second time I try to unlock the bootloader, it says correct, but the file can't be writed or something like this.
@ Radeoxx if u want u can use Locked Bootloader if u want ,which i am using it now

Fastboot and oem unlock

Yesterday I thought I bricked my phone. I too also got stuck on the secure boot error 1003 boot loop. It happened when I tried to relock my bootloader with fastboot oem lock. Can anyone explain why that happened and if, after you obtain root, if it's possible to go back and relock the bootloader. I was attempting to get android pay working again, plus it flashes that message about having an unlocked bootloader. Is it possible to re-lock the bootloader after you have root, and if so, what did I do wrong. I finally restored back to factory using the lg bridge tool and download mode, which was a [email protected]#% to get into with a bootlooping phone.
Thanks in advance.

To answer your question, when you root the g4 on marshmallow using chainfire's systemless root, It on the fly flashes a different boot image, thus if you relock the bootloader after rooting the device on the 6.0 marshmallow firmware it will end up with the security error because the boot image has been "modified" and a modified image won't be allowed to boot if the bootloader is locked so the answer is unfortunately no you can't have a locked bootloader and have root at the same time, If you want to relock the bootloader on the 6.0 firmware to get rid of the boot image showing "unlocked bootloader" you should flash the KDZ for the 6.0 firmware in this case H81120i firmware and then go into developer settings and uncheck enable oem unlocking and also make sure you boot into fastboot mode, you can do this via the adb shell. another option to not have the "unlocked bootloader" show every boot would be to go back to the 5.1 firmware which did not have this. I hope this helps.
Thank you for a great explanation.
If you ask the people at xposed modules they may be able to do something maybe....
5.1 still displays bootloader unlocked message.

FRP LOCK Huawei P10 VTR-L29C432

Hello together,
i bricked my device. Unfortunately now i have bootloader unlock and frp locked !
i cannot install twrp anymore.
can anybody help me with a solution `?
please
Flash stock firmware, once you boot stock, go developers options and enable oem unlock
cannot go back to stock rom... phone locked frp locked, not possible via fastboot to unlock device anymore.
booting into phone is also not possible. and firmware downloading via erecovery failed.
please need help !!!
You could up grade your Phone vía dload o sdcard, when you put the firmware in the sd or internal, it auto flashes, Just flash the signed firmware for your device

can't unlock bootloader critical and other things..

ok guys so my dad has bricked his nokia .8.. i managed to get Twrp working again. and that's about it.. the bootloader is unlocked but i cant can't unlock "bootloader critical" it says something like " (remote command not allowed)" when i check the device info it says bootloader is unlocked but bootloader critical is not.. iv tried flashing via the ost but it says i need to unlock the critical bootloader..
another problem is that i cant flash in twrp. it says invalid zip file or something...
has anyone got a Twrp Backup they could upload so i can try and get this thing working again? or a zip i can flash via twrp?
cheers.
Did you do "fastboot flash unlock <path to unlock.key>" before trying to execute "fastboot oem unlock_critical"?
Did you maybe have an unlock key that was generated through the unofficial unlock (every build before august 2018) and are now on a newer build that supports only the official unlock?
If you can't manage to unlock the bootloader to critical, get some stock boot image (I have some at https://bit.ly/nokia-nb1), flash that to your active boot partition in fastboot (overwrite TWRP with it), then boot into stock recovery and sideload a full OTA package (which will restore all partitions that might be corrupted). All 1.5 GB files you can see in the OTA folder at the link I posted are full OTAs and will work.
ok so just an update i managed to get a rom on there, i found the right key and did the unlock all over again.. all booted ok, problem now is that i have no signal... i cant send any mssgs or phone calls. i tired to update the smsc. via this *#*#4636#*#*. and going phone info etc, but it says update error, iv also tried the encoded number for ee, but still says update error. i can put the sim card into another phone and it will send messages etc, i did read that i could update the smsc on a diffrent phone then put it back into the nokia and it will work, but it did not for me...
again there was another video showing how to fix this via backing up the firmware folder on rom then replacing with the one that dose not work . but ... i dont have a rom that works lol . iv also tried to install diffrent roms or systems and still the same problem.. i use the NOST tool. to update the firmware
any advice????
also this is his account hence a diffrent account name lol
cheers

Hello, I want to unlock my bootloader on my phone, but I don't have bootloader unlock code and i don't want to pay for any service and I just wanted to know if it's possible to unlock bootloader with custom firmware or just install custom recovery (TWRP) i know it's possible and i had tried it but idk how to open EFI.img in UPDATE.APP, and in 7-Zip it just says "Unsupported data format". So is there any program that can open it and change data?
